A truly hidden gem and the sign says it all...affordable luxury. I have visited this spa several times and have gotten a facial, 90 minute massages, and ventured into the salt room. I have never had a bad experience. I do not use the same person every time due to my wonky availability, but it's great knowing that regardless of who you have as your provider you will always have a fabulous experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The website is easy to use to book your appointment. It is very user friendly and shows you many options for service providers each day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The appointments do book up quickly (a testament to their commitment to service and serenity) so book the time when you see it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There is ample parking and lovely waiting areas that are well appointed with hot tea, water, and cookies. The lounge area has many options of seating available for your comfort. They even have salt lamps for your feet as you wait. There are lovely retail areas where there are treats beyond body care. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff is very friendly and welcoming from the time you walk in until the end of your appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Not only is this a great place to unwind, but they also have an area that is available for gatherings and larger parties. This is perfect for a wedding party, baby shower, girls gathering, birthday, etc and you can even have snack foods/drinks brought in to add to your celebration. The area is private so it's just you and your guests. A great option for a visit that will allow everyone to enjoy themselves while also being pampered. They do offer a 10% discount for military, first responders, police and teachers! Again, the pricing of services is reasonable and allows you to visit more often. It's a great local place to support. They have taken the time to make sure that your entire experience is nothing but wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable. The treatment rooms are great and have hooks, dishes for jewelry and other amenities to make your visit easier. It's great to have a local place with this level of care and service that is actually affordable. This is also a great place to come grab a gift for someone as there are many options in the retail areas. They also have gift cards! You will not be disappointed in choosing this lovely spa for any service or treatment. Check them out online as there are many services they offer. They also have a frequent flyer program as well that rewards you for visiting.

VERDICT: Book ahead, prepare to pay. But do it. 10/10 Lovely. They book out months in advance... because they're worth it. -------------------------------------------- Waiting Room: Put your items and shoes in locker, grab slippers. Get some cucumber water and Biscoff cookies if you like. Heated salt lamps for your feet. Coffee and blankets in the adjacent waiting room. ‍ So comfy. So aesthetic. Salt Room: Lean back and just let yourself relax. We took the meditation tape. It was okay. But we're giggly girls lol. I'm restless so I played with the floor salt; felt great on my feet honestly. Massage: It was only 30 min but MAN did that lady know what she was doing. 100% coming back for a more extensive massage. (Made myself a coffee and paired with those buiscuits, while waiting for the next part here. Also grabbed a blanket.) Facial: My skin felt a bit tender after but it was glowing!! I'm dehydrated like everyone else though apparently . Anyway this places is great. Highly recommend. Price and wait were worth it for me.

    Waiting area is beautiful!

This was my first time there and I cannot wait to go back! The atmosphere was so inviting and relaxing! Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. Me and my best friend booked the All Day Stress Away Escape and had the best experience! Amber is an amazing massage therapist, best massage I have ever had. And my facial with Haley was amazing also and best one I've ever had as well! 10/10 highly recommend booking an appointment!

I had a gift card that I wanted to redeem. I didn't know how much was on it so I called and they…read moresaid they could look it up over the phone using the number on the back of the gift card. The person on the phone told me it was for $150. I asked how much for a 60-min full body massage and they said $130. I was like Great! So I booked an appointment (6 weeks out). This was my first time at any Massage Envy and was very excited for it. Few things left me feeling disappointed.... 1. In the room they walk you to where typically you sit and begin relaxing your mind, there was no tranquil music, water, or anything that resembled anything more than a doctor's office waiting room. 2. Afterwards, they did not offer any water or appear to have any water available. I brought a big water jug with me but intentionally left it in my truck knowing that ALL massage places offer plenty of water after massages. Staying hydrated immediately following a massage is essential and every massage place I've ever been to always has plenty of water available - pretty basic and standard. The woman who performed the massage said, stay hydrated, on my way out and I was thinking ok, can I have a cup of water then? Not even offered. 3. Upon checking out, I was informed my gift card was only for $130 and not the $150 I was told over the phone. Ok, honest mistake (I always try to give the benefit of the doubt). Then was informed the massage was $145 not the $130 I was told when booking. I was told their rates JUST WENT UP, $15. I said, so when I booked it was $130, you raised your rates since then and you all don't honor the appointments that were booked prior? "Unfortunately not" was the answer. So I went from having a $150 gift card for a $130 massage, to having a $130 gift card for a $145 massage. That's a $35 swing just like that. Then they tried to sell me a membership. Ha. Yea no thanks. My advice to this franchise owner, at the VERY least - OFFER YOUR CLIENTS WATER AFTER A MASSAGE! You might be the only massage establishment that does not do this. Especially since you are the most expensive place in town.

I don't know how commonly a customer will mentally hold on to the intention of recognizing such remarkable service several weeks on, but now that I have a quiet minute, I'm here to do so. That's how much their care meant to me. I live in New England, but I unexpectedly found myself in Bel Air, caring for my father in the final weeks of his life. Because my trip down was completely unplanned, I had only taken about ten minutes to gather some clothes and toiletries to throw into my car before making the drive to my parents' house. The circumstances of his condition had started to deteriorate rapidly. Though I would not trade that last stretch of time with my father for anything, I was heartbroken and exhausted by the time he died. As his funeral approached, I realized that I would have to get a few things to make myself presentable, to honor him. The last thing I expected from visiting a store in a strip mall was the degree and quality of love and empathy and comfort I found from the women working at this Ulta. My interactions did not end up monopolizing time away from other customers, but the stars must have been aligned to put the right people on the clock when I was there. I did purchase a few necessary products, but even more meaningful were the moments of humanity which happened while these women helped me figure out what I needed. Brittany was the first employee I met as a shambled mess of I-don't-even-know-what-I'm-looking-for. I am certain that providing customers with hugs is not part of the corporate training, but she carried her heart from her other job (as a social worker) and recognized that something was wrong. Her hug when I started to fall apart was everything at that moment. I had shown up right before closing time, so I had to return the next day to address my purchases. Stephanie was who helped me find what I needed the following day, but she did it while providing authentic love and support. She was empathetic, but also very uplifting as we went around the store. Stephanie, too, was a delight. When I was trying to think of what else I might need, Mandy was right there when I asked about brow care. Because of my family responsibilities, I had limited availability. Mandy worked in an appointment slot that matched my schedule. We also spoke of other services which could help me feel less frazzled, but the brow appointment ended up being the only slot I could swing. Nevertheless, I really appreciated how willing she was to make other things work for me. Bri was who dyed and shaped my brows. I've had brow care from some pretty high-end salons in Boston, and Bri was just as adept and accomplished as anything I'd experienced in those places. It seems like a small thing at a time of grieving, but it helped to feel so much more pulled together than how I had started out. I realize that this might sound corny or contrived to someone who was not there, but please know that my recognition of the care they gave is genuine. I'm not usually given to seeking emotional support in retail stores, much less remarkably good emotional support, but somehow, this is what I received. During that last week, as I was preparing to return home, I stopped by the store to thank these women for their love and humanity. I didn't catch them all, so I hope that this reaches them: My friends, please know that your collective care was much greater than the sum of its parts. Thank you for seeing me in a way I couldn't even verbalize that I needed. You will always be associated with the beauty that was found in a time of crushing grief. And thank you, Ulta, for hiring such people of quality and heart.

The private room was very calming and relaxing while having my facial and I felt very relaxed when I left. Negatives: the facial itself didn't yield any results for me. I had a hydrafacial, with my main areas of concern being hydration and to help with the signs of aging. Unfortunately neither occurred. My face was smoother and brighter for maybe 2 days afterwards but it was also very tight and dry. The fine lines around my eyes and mouth were more pronounced and noticeable than they were before. I did see a temporary reduction in blackheads around my nose, but less than a week later, my skin was back to being dry, dull and flaky like it was before. UPDATE: Two weeks later and my skin is breaking out like crazy and peeling in some places. I have texture where I didn't have it before. It looks worse than before I went. I'm disappointed that I didn't see any positive results and angry because of the breakouts and other adverse side effects. I will NOT go back again.
