I had never gotten either of these services before so I had a lot of questions which Kayla answered patiently and personably. She has such a friendly and bubbly personality! The eyelash tint was a little uncomfortable for me but this may be because I was wearing contacts. I probably would take those out next time and maybe even consider a lift and tint since the tint by itself looked nice but was really subtle. Kayla made me feel very comfortable for the spray tan and did an excellent job with the color and tone. I was obsessed! It definitely faded a bit after the third or fourth day but to be fair, I was on vacation and swimming in the ocean and pool a lot. All together the services were $65 which I don't think is bad at all. I'd definitely return and would recommend booking at this local biz!

In addition to keeping my brows looking incredible, I've expanded into getting my lashes lifted and tinted, as well as a facial with dermaplaning. The services never feel rushed, and everything is explained in detail so you know what's happening before, during and after. Everyone that works here is so friendly and welcoming, and they all do excellent work. The space is clean and inviting, and you can book your appointments online, over the phone, or at the desk while you're there.

I've usually booked with various therapists until I find one that I like. I've found several that I stuck with until they left company or changed hours. My rating isn't based on my experience with my massage therapists. It's really with the company's subscription policy. Just be aware to use your subscription payments before cancelling the subscription or you'll be charged extra fee to book, although you've been charged up front for the subscription. I get how subscriptions work, it's profitable for the company but not so much for consumer in this situation. I had 4 credits that I hadn't used and for financial reasons I needed to cancel. Well, I was told I couldn't cancel and use my credits without incurring an extra fee for a massage and I COULDN'T receive a refund. Did I say I've been a long-time customer? I did, didn't I. Even one of the front desk staff agreed this wasn't consumer friendly. I had to book 4 sessions within 3 weeks to get beneift of money I paid up front before I cancelled and would've been charged another monthly susbscription fee. Front desk attempted to give me an optin of using my loyalty points to cover the additional fees, but at that point I was done. I asked front desk staff if she could request that owner reach out and was told that probably wouldn't happen. So, I'm using Yelp to communicate to owner...in the words of Lauryn Hill...you just lost one. Onto another company!

Anywho, she executed my request perfectly. Eyebrows are still full and arched to perfection. She took her time to wax and then tweeze all of the misguided hairs. Not only is she the quickest waxer in the business, but she's guaranteed to strip you clean; no residual hairs left. The facial products and extraction process Kelly uses is phenomenal. In addition, the peppermint foot treatment during your facial is a must. Kelly is a small based business, not a pretentious spa that passes the overhead cost to the customer.
