Absolutely amazing care! Went in for 5 teeth in total extracted. 4 wisdom teeth and a premolar. Had Dr Tan take care of my extractions, and what an amazing and fast surgeon he is! All 5 teeth took about an hour. I felt as if I just went under anesthesia and I was coming out of it. It literally felt like I was out for 15 minutes. I do have to go back for some cavities to be fixed after I fully heal up. So 2 more appointments for me. I must say that is has been the EASIEST and most COMFORTABLE experience I've had with a dentist in my entire life! The whole process went smoothly. The office staff is amazing, they really try to work with you on appointments and getting you in ASAP when you really need it. They really do care for their patients and are gentle. I am not a fan of the chapstick however. But their stress balls, top notch. Their dental rooms are quite comfortable, love the fact that they make you as comfortable as can be with blankets and your choice of tv to watch. They let you rest after surgery for as long as you need to. They don't rush you. They provide you complimentary drinks (even if you can't have them, they're there for your rides to enjoy). I've had a very disappointing experience with Pure Dental, specifically involving Dina who works at the front desk (she hung up on me, a patient). My new dentist even had to personally call their office to request my records, yet not all of them were sent. Despite submitting two separate release forms, I still haven't received confirmation that my complete dental and medical records -- from the start of my care through the present -- have been transferred. The lack of organization and follow-through is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. All I want is for my full records to be sent to my new provider without further delay. I hope the office addresses these serious communication and record-handling issues so other patients don't go through the same situation. I've been coming here since Dr. Fox was with the practice, and over time, I've seen the office's professionalism and atmosphere steadily decline. Very disappointed here. read more

My husband went to Pure Dental and everything about his visit went wrong. He ended up with "dry socket" which is extremely painful. He was told to do the opposite of what you do to help relieve dry socket. They also tried to sell him implants when he was actually there for something else. Would never go back again! read more

From my first visit to Pure Dental The Staff and Doctors were very nice and understanding of my not being a fan of Dental procedures so they treated me with extra care.It has been a year since I had my full lower implants and upper Dentures installed.I get at least four compliments a week on my smile. Doctor Prudenti made sure that everything was perfect as his goal of perfection was something that I appreciated as this work he did would last for the rest of my life. I went there after not going for years, and I thought they did an okay job. But I went to someone new after being a little confused at their choices, it ends up I got two botched crowns that are damaging surrounding teeth. Also my dentist completely missed an active infection in my mouth that when I pointed out, he simply did not say anyting about it. Honestly, it was weird. Maybe they were having an off day, but how over the course of months of working on my teeth do you miss an ACTIVE INFECTION? Also the hygienist is super rude and uncomfortable. If you have bruises on the top of your mouth, she has no problem asking if you gave blowjobs and then when you say no she has no problem insisting you did. Even though you LITERALLY did not. Fuck this whole place, go somewhere else with people who are actually passionate and caring. read more

I am going there now for a follow up appt on replacement of two upper bridges that fell out and a few chipped teeth. They put an entire new upper on me and that included 7 implants. It was painless. They are professionals from the receptionist to the docs. They run a very smooth operation. They are tops in their field for dental implants. Dr V is an artist. I never went for fillings or cleanings etc etc but when I needed implants everyone recommended Dr V and I am sure glad I took their advice. If you think implants are beyond your ability to pay they have payment options. I am on their payment plan and could not be happier. read more

We had great service at PD and at the beginning of Jan we changed insurance, presented it to the receptionist, who went to check and came back saying all was good with the insurance. However, when we checked out we were charged $650 "because our insurance was out of network." I have requested a consideration as we would not have done this had we known, but even after speaking with one of their account or financial people we have heard nothing from them. Pure Dental is such a gem! Just switched insurances so this was my first time there to get a filling replaced. Making the appointment was a pleasure, the front desk staff was very nice and very helpful. The dentist himself and the dental assistant were both very nice and made it a great experience (well...as great as a dentist appointment could possibly be :). The chairs had little massagers in them and great music played. Other than a little pinch, there was no pain during or after. The filing is doing great. Will definitely be going to them from now on. I chose Pure Dental specifically to be able to be anesthetized for a procedure. After taking all the xrays they could, the dentist walked into the room, asked if I wanted an estimate on all my fillings that need repair. I said I only came for the infected molar. To which I was told they would not pull one tooth and the dentist walked out. She did not even look into my mouth. I explained to the girl I thought I needed antibiotics to which she checked with the dentist and her reply was it wouldn't help anyway. (I have heart condition so I should always be careful) The final blow was that the new oral surgeon did not get the films and records when requested so I had to start all over and pay out of pocket. And when I told the new surgeon which tooth number I was told it was, it turns out it was the wrong tooth they told me as well. I can only say they were unprofessional, rude and totally inept with my case. I was very clear about what I needed and what was wrong. I am a nurse and know a bit about my health. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor or dentist. I would not even give them one star but the website won't allow a review without it :( read more

Went here for years for general maintenance and cleaning. Every time dentist walked in and flashed a big smile with a thumbs up and "everything looks great" One time I had a new hygienist who expressed concern my gums were receding. I thought it can't be that bad, the dentist himself took a look and said everything looks great. Went to a periodontist just in case, where it became obvious my gums had receded badly and I needed a corrective procedure. (Did my own research on healthy gum line and clearly saw his concern was legitimate) Additionally the periodontist could not use the X-rays I had forwarded from this office, and he showed me a comparison of a correctly taken X-ray and what this office had sent him. The most horrific experience I have ever had!!!!According to their offices you must make sure you do all the work authorizing the dental procedures THEY schedule YOU for. I only found this out as I was MID PROCEDURE when they told me they would only continue if I paid an additional $800+ after I just paid over $500. I was backed into a corner and had to walk out in major pain and hysterical crying. After extensive research, calling many dentists in and around our area, I learned this IS NOT STANDARD PRACTICE- Clients don't even know the insurance codes that the dental offices use for procedures. Many of the offices I spoke to were taken aback by this incident!! Making things worse, Pure Dental's office called me in the most condescending tone and told me IT WAS ALL MY FAULT!!!! APALLING! My blended family of 8 people + will NEVER go back there or recommend them to anyone!!! read more

Service & dental work is adequate. BEWARE of obtaining financing thru this company. Although it is thru a 3rd party lender, Pure Dental provides the loan obtained & required paperwork. So we were approved for $8000.00 loan to be paid WITHIN 12 MONTHS for interest free, via lending club provided thru Pure Dental. Since I manage ALL of my brothers business & personal life & finances, I noticed the minimum payment to be $1334/ month!! After multiple phone calls back & forth btwn Pure Dental, Lending Club, & the actual bank providing the loan, each blaming the other, I learned that the DDS office slipped my brother documents to sign stating 6 MONTH REPAYMENT for interest free!! Since we received & provided a document from lending tree stating the 12 month repayment planned agreement, he never thought to read what he was signing (his HUGE mistake). Yet the DDS refuses to correct it, nor did they point out the details of their document! Very shifty & deceitful on their part! 3/2018 (approximate date) after fighting with finance co (lending club) & providing definitive evidence with original loan doc's, they finally corrected the loan amt. to be paid over the 12 month term. This never should have occurred or been such a problem to solve. read more

Hubby had a toothache. Went in for consult and to have tooth removed since it was way in the back. Then comes the fun part. Dr leaves the room and in comes the FINANCE MANAGER with a $6000 plan to extract and add implant but they would give a discount to $3500. We said no just pull it. Even though it was only $300-400 to pull it the Dr would not do it unless hubby got a bone graft for $1000 total. Then FINANCE MANAGER came back with paperwork for the implant anyway.. scam alert! The place is spotless and has top of the line equipment but unless you want upscaled services this place is not for you. Way too expensive. It was like buying a car. It's all in the upsell! It's an implant factory.. didn't like the Dr either. It wasn't Vibert who is never there. We did like him. If you do need an implant Dr Vibert is the one to ask for. He owns the practice from what I understand. They need to look at people as patients not cash machines! This practice has sure changed in the last few years. read more

This is a factory with very little care or efficiency. My first visit they quoted me a price we agreed to price and then 20 minutes later called me back and upped the price by 20k. They made a huge mistake and felt I wasn't understanding. I finally agreed to a lesser job and after the major extraction - the dentist disappeared or got fired and nothing was explained to me. After paying 20k to this horrible place I tried to get a cleaning appointment and nothing is available for 6 months. They have my money already so they don't care. Not happy with this place. I gave it 1 star because the place is very nice to the eye. It's clean and new. The staff is never the same, they have too many dentists. None of the dentists know who you are. It's a clinic so it's basically like a people mill. They are very pushy and I believe make more of an issue then the actual issue. Said I had a cavity then I needed a root canal. Then I had tooth pain and the dentist laughed because I wasn't sure which tooth. Hygienist was rough and gums were bleeding and sore for days. Said I had periodontal disease which I didn't. Went to a different dentist yesterday and she said I had the smallest cavity that can go years without filling, I don't need a root canal and that I don't have periodontal disease. She was gentle and explained everything. So thankful I found another place and closer to my home. read more

Beware! This dentist is an absolute fraud. I went in for two cavities- prior to the procedure, I asked the office if this procedure was covered by insurance, and they confirmed. Over four months since my last visit, I am now being billed for procedures I had over a year ago. I got a phone call from their billing department, a woman who said she was working from home, and could not provide or send me details about my bill, but wanted to notify me that I had almost 500$ of outstanding payment. She even threatened to send a collection agency after me. She claimed that she had sent bills to my home, and admitted they had been returned to sender. She seemed to think this was the fault of my mailbox... Absolutely absurd! This was the very first I had heard of the bill, despite being into the office serval times. Why wasn't I informed of the payment prior? Why weren't the outstanding bills mentioned? This is a total bait and switch and is, frankly, immoral! Avoid at all costs! There are many dentists in the area who are willing and able to be upfront with you about the cost of their care. read more

Moving to a new location and switching to a new Dentist is always wrought with apprehension especially when you really liked your previous Dentist. But, Pure Dental exceeded my expectations. Beautiful waiting area with an extremely helpful receptionist who already knew all of my insurance needs. Rooms are immaculate with everything pristine.TV was on the ceiling which totally took your mind off of eveything .My Hygienist Lina was gentle thorough and took the time out to explain everything. Afterwards the staff took the time to explain my insurance and gave me an itemized Bill and explanation of all issues. I honestly can't wait to come back and start my crown work . read more

I used to love going to the dentist but recently I've had such bad experiences with dentists and oral surgeons that I was dreading going back to a place for an implant. Pure Dental erased all my fears. I was recommended to this place for an implant by my cousin and I'm so happy. Dr. Vibert and every single person I met there were so nice. I've never felt more welcomed as a patient and I am happy with the results. I would go back to them for general dentistry too but they're a hour away from me, lol. There's not enough stars for how great this state of the art place dentist office is. From the staff to the welcome bag for being a new patient to the X-ray ctscan to the tvs on the ceilings but most of all to DR FOX!!! I have had horrible butcher teeth repairs including root canals to surgeries and so forth In the past that has led me to huge expenses and horrible outcomes leaving me in fear. I came here was actually shown and explained what was wrong and a treatment plan given..I just had a root canal done by Dr. Fox and didn't feel one thing not one thing... I'm amazed by it all! He was so gentle and assuring that I was ok. I HIGHLY recommend this place! I can go on and on but my words don't do justice for how great this place is!! read more

Came here for one filling but they said I needed two. I had no pain in the tooth that they claimed needed a filling. Immediately after the filling, the dentist said "that didn't go as well as I would have liked." Now I have been in pain for months and I think I will need a root canal. They even did such a sloppy job on the filling that it is sharp and cuts the inside of my mouth. read more

I didn't make it to a visit. I called to make an appointment for consult and specifically requested to see dr Fox as I have complicated case and believed he would be ideal. The scheduler advised that I will have to wait long for the appointment with this doctor to which I agreed. I waited a month and when the day came I went to my email to check the driving directions and noticed they actually switched me to a different dentis. I called them and asked how this happened, why noone let me know or called to reschedule and if they will be to schedule me soon. Guess what the said I have to wait another 2 months now. Such a joke! You are off from the start treated this way and I don't even want to know what is further. After I hang up hearing that they won't even try to make up for earlier appointment, the scheduling woman had a nerve to send me the appointment confirmation for a visit in 2 months. Ridiculous!!!
