They did an amazing job organizing my place after I moved in and labeled everything so that I had no trouble finding things

The "cleaning" women did a horrendous job (see photos, yes these are AFTER they cleaned)…read more They showed up late only to charge an additional $150 because the place was "bigger than expected" despite telling them prior the square footage. Charging $150 on site was bad enough, but leaving the apartment in pretty much the same condition as before is ridiculous. When confronting them, they claimed that it was because there was "stuff in the way" but the apartment has been almost fully emptied out at that point and as you can see, nothing was in front of those areas in the photos. I strongly do not recommend them and have already initiated a chargeback for the service they did not provide.

I had high hopes for 360 House Cleaning based on their many positive reviews, but unfortunately,…read moreour experience was extremely disappointing. We scheduled a deep cleaning for our home -- specifically requesting a thorough clean of the entire downstairs and one bathroom upstairs. Our home is generally well-maintained, and we were looking for help with tasks we don't get to regularly -- the kind of attention you'd expect from a deep clean. Instead, what we received was more like a light surface clean. While they vacuumed, mopped, and did some dusting, basic cleaning tasks are not what we expected from a deep cleaning service. Key issues off the top of my head: * The toilet was not cleaned properly * Furniture was not moved or cleaned underneath. * Top window sills were not dusted. * Our stainless steel appliances were left streakier than before. * One cleaner used the floor vacuum attachment to clean our upholstered furniture -- completely unsanitary. Oh, and a chemical bottle was left on the floor of our dining room - something our dog could have easily gotten into. Unfortunately this platform only allows to post 1 picture, so I chose the stainless steel since the rest I took were videos to capture what I was seeing for the owner to view also. She apologized, but ultimately justified the quality of her work, stating we didn't notice the good things. Honestly, we vacuum and mop our floors already, so that's not really something that we could consider a "deep clean", and looked the same afterwards anyway. She vacuumed some pet hair from the carpets - we do that daily. Come to think of it, I happened to leave a fruit sticker on the counter, and didn't notice it until after they left - so clearly they didn't (or did) notice, and just wiped over it. We were charged $430 for four hours of work (two hours with two people). When I expressed my concerns, the owner offered to come back to re-clean or reduce the cost to $350 instead. While I appreciated the gesture, I ultimately declined. I had already consulted another professional cleaner -- even showed them pictures -- and they confirmed that this level of service would be unacceptable for a deep clean, or even a regular one. I've since hired that company instead. Live and learn.
