Groupon Success I brought a Groupon for a 60 minute massage and I must say that was an AWESOME 60minutes. Getting to this place was a bit tricky, it was in an office building and per the website photos and things mentioned I would have never thought it was in an office building. I thought I was at the wrong place for about 10 minutes riding around the parking lot remapping my MAPS on my Iphone.. Finally I got out and went into the building only to see the Pure Escape name and suite in the directory at the door. I entered the suite and the waterfall sound was immediately relaxing followed by the low tone woman who greeted me and ask if I would like coffee, tea or wine (mind you it's 11:00am). I immediately said YES Red Wine because it's 5:00 somewhere and I may as well Enjoy with those who are at happy hour ;-) I was taken to my room and my therapist name was Daniel, I HAVE NEVER had hands so SOFT give me a massage ever. I ask Daniel has he ever worked a day in his life outside of massaging and he laughed so HARD. I couldn't believe this man hands felt like a new born baby bottom or Charmin tissue.. We talked for a while while he got to know me and my profession and areas of focus for my massage. He even talked a bit while massaging me and I nicely let him know that I am in my "Happy Place" I want quiet and he immediately abided. Overall: Daniel is amazing, the ambiance & total experience is amazing from the welcome wine, tea or coffee to the spa services. Look them up, they are very low-key but GOOD to say the least. read more

I cannot brag about this place enough. It is the perfect place to let your worries go for an hour and a half, relax, and be pampered. The photos should speak for themselves. I needed some extractions, and the entire process was painless and free of embarrassment. The lobby area was like stepping into Heaven on Earth - relaxing music, the sound of trickling water, chocolate, magazines, peaceful quotes, and someone came by to offer me a glass of wine (your choice of white or red). I had such a lovely massage and facial today at Pure Escape. Jessica and Michele the owner were both so sweet when I first walked in this morning for the first time. Michele even worked me into her schedule today so I could also get a facial along with my massage. My facial was so refreshing and I got some great skin care tips and PCA skin products to help with my acne while I was there. Charla was the one who did my massage today and she has some magical hands! I was practically almost asleep while she worked out all the knots I had in my back, it was that relaxing. She was such a kind lady to be around and very helpful when I asked her questions about different types of massages. The owner Michelle is amazing!! Her and her team got me in for a last minute appointment while passing through town. Staff was incredibly accommodating and customer service was wonderful. Can't recommend them enough. My Brazilian wax was perfect and one of the best I've received in over the last 10 years of waxing. They also offer amazing products, facials, massages, and eye lash extensions. Can't wait to go back when we are passing through town. I was in town visiting my in laws and due to the change of water, hot temperatures and family stress, my skin needed some.attention. I needed a relaxing facial. And I couldnt go wrong. I had one of the best deep tissue massages with Charlanda ( I hope I spelled her name correctly!) a feed weeks ago. My experience with her was a first time so I wasn't sure if pressure was going to be too little or to hard, but I just told her what I needed if it was to much or not enough and all was fantastic! I love the fact you fill out a form prior and it asks questions about talking while receiving treatment as I normally don't like to talk and won't go back if they do. She followed all my little requests I had written down to a tee! The room was comfortable temp and I'm a bigger person and the table was great ( not to skinny like I would fall off!). She treated me like royal I just wanted to bring her home with me! See you soon again! Ps. Very clean place. Easy parking. I did go on a Friday night so it was all open parking! read more

I purchased a groupon for a massage at Pure Escape, contacted them and left a voice mail indicating I wanted to schedule an appointment for a massage. When I received a return phone call, it was from a Texas phone number and the person indicated she was from Pure Escape. I was asked to provide my birth date, cell phone provider and a credit card to hold the appointment. I have NEVER been asked to do this by any other company I have purchased a groupon for. I was very concerned about providing this info to them, so I declined. I contacted groupon customer service and they said they totally understood my frustration and concern and immediately processed my refund. read more
