The beds and rooms are very clean, and the lobby and restroom are organized and spotless. I can tell they care a great deal about cleanliness, which is a huge plus in my book. I have form of psoriasis, so I'd rather tan than take medication. Tanning is my personal choice, but always seek professional medical advice from a licensed physician before you tan if you take any medications. Another reason I use indoor tanning is to help with my overall mood making me feel more positive, and I don't have the opportunity to be outdoors in natural sunlight as often as I'd like, so indoor tanning has and will continue to be part of my life. I was looking for a clean, reasonably priced salon, and I found one. I purchased the unlimited monthly package, and you truly receive a generous amount of services for your money. Unlimited tanning in any bed for 30 days and three Versa Spa Pro sunless spray sessions. You can choose from 3 levels of color with the option of clear or tinted solution. You also get the pre-sunless and post-sunless spray treatments included. I know Sun Tan City charges extra for the post-sunless treatment, so that was a plus for me. (The post-sunless treatment makes your spray tan last longer.) I like the option of the Versa sunless spray because it gives an extra boost of color for a special occasion. Again, three are included in the unlimited monthly. Oh, and I almost forgot the best part: you don't have to sign up for a monthly ETF membership. That means you don't have to give them your bank account information to commit to a membership. It's simply pay once for the month and you get unlimited tanning in any bed with all the other bonuses I mentioned above included. Don't forget to use a good indoor tanning lotion, too. They helped me pick out the right bed, gave me instructions for how to increase or decrease my time next time I tan, told me about showering and moisturizing after. I went strictly because my boyfriend and I are going to the Bahamas in a couple weeks and I didn't want to spend any of our getaway locked inside the hotel room beet red and convinced I was dying of heat stroke. This may or may not have happened to me before. ;) My boyfriend came along with me and I convinced him to get a base tan too. He has never tanned indoors in his life and his heritage is Norwegian and Irish so he's basically so pale he glows in the dark. When we went the first time we interacted with John (the owner) who was super friendly and explained everything really well. He really encouraged us to not overdo it and explained the "science" behind tanning. My boyfriend is a physician so anytime anyone starts on bogus health claims he knows better. John had him at "melanocyte." ;) The packages are very affordable and they offer a ton of different packages based upon what you need. A good variety of beds and I am seeing results quick. My boyfriend has not burned which is saying a lot and is building a decent base color. The salon itself is nothing fancy though if you ask me it doesn't need to be. That cost is always shifted to the customer. The salon is clean, there are mirrors and candy in every room and free goggles to use. These seem like no brainers but I have been to plenty of tanning places that didn't care about the little things. Great value, great experience.
