Nice place to get a smoothie. Decent selection of drinks and I like the matcha smoothie. Not the cheapest thing around, but If you have a juice/smoothie craving, this is my go to place. Love this spot! Very delicious smoothies - you can drink them with a view of the Manhattan skyline from the nearby park. My favorite flavors are the berry and the green smoothie. My husband tried the chocolate one and that was less good, according to him. At around $12 per smoothie including tax they are a bit expensive, but worth the occasional splurge! Good afternoon today I made the trek over to Pure Green, cold temperatures and black ice. Was a little hesitant due to the number of times I experienced rude customer service. I walked in the place of business and said hello approached the counter and asked for a green smoothie, she didn't say a word and looked at the board and turned her back, and went back to her face time call on her laptop. As my drink was ready I went to grab it at the end of the counter, the girl then proceeds to say you can go do that over there and pointed and as I was trying to make sense of what she wanted she said this is my working station. I was only grabbing my drink and straw. As I was leaving I went and put it back on the counter and said I don't want it and don't need your negative energy today. Upon leaving she comes out and is holding the smoothie And says sorry your always welcome in and you never know what a person is going thru on the other side . Clearly but this is not the first encounter with her, actually it was about 9 times way too many. As she kept insisting I take the smoothie I held it and noticed the lid loose and Was suspicious she may have spit in my drink. I threw a $15 smoothie and left a gracious tip always. To the owner of Pure green please give the entitled behind the counter girl a job at your distribution warehouse so she can work in a cubicle and have her working station as she stayed to me. I won't spend $1 dollar or ever walk into this place and it's sad out of all the colors in this world she decides to be salty and bitter, a sad experience for a family business , I will stick with Juice Generation and get a better experience. I've been a loyal customer here for years, and I've truly loved this place. I've spent thousands since they opened, always looking forward to my fresh acai bowl--especially hearing the blender whirring as they made it to order. Lately, though, it's been so disappointing. The bowls now taste pre-made, and I've even found overripe bananas in mine. It's such a letdown to see a place I cherished fall short like this. How do you mess up something as simple as an acai bowl? Unfortunately, I'll have to find a new spot because this is the last they'll see of me. read more

This morning my dog and I went to Pure Green and had an awesome experience. I got the Pure Berry smoothie, which was delicious. I also ordered the Avocado Smash Toast and it was also superb! I added some hot sauce to it at home and had an awesome breakfast. We ordered online while I walked my dog around the waterfront and it was ready within 5-10 minutes. I totally love this place. Im very new to the juicing thing and decided some months ago while i was on my morning run to try it. The location i visited is by the waterline i started going back in December i meet a beautiful young lady there. I expected her not to talk as much seeing that it was early morning she was making orange juice, i explained to her i was new to this and she gave me a kind smile and said we all have to start somewhere on the road to change. That has stuck with me since she was so kind and helpful to me with a world of patience. I went away for a few months and came back i wanted to thank her for how she changed my perspective with one interaction.
