I dig this juice bar in Ridgewood as it has a good variety of juices, smoothies , bowls , salads , etc. Sometimes it's better to skip the fast food stuff when on the go and grab some healthy goodness instead .Good amount of seating instead and more outside when weather permits , menu is extensive and simple to read and I ended up ordering a espresso when cuz was running late and not bad at all. This place is a true product of gentrification. The establishment has prices that are not affordable by natives of the community nor is it welcoming to them either! I am a native of the Bushwick community and am very frustrated with establishments that offer services that are not accessible to those who live there. I paid $19 for an acai bowl...which is insane and unreasonable. In addition, the customer service was horrible. They were extremely rude when I commented and expressed my concern on the price. And when I expressed that I would never return to eat there because of their approach with me, they just stared and continued to work with the next customer. I am extremely disappointed by the customer service given here, particularly by a staff member named Jacqueline. When I told her I had an issue with the order, she said "sorry" and walked away from the register without further regard for my concern. Then, when I asked if I could have her name she said "don't worry about it" and started getting agitated. Another staff member asked me what was going on and I was attempting to explain. Jacqueline became even more frustrated and said "go ahead write a review you don't affect me in any way" and honestly I just wanted a smoothie. This could have all been avoided with decent customer service. I hope the manager is able to get better help because usually its my go to spot. I'm definitely going to find another. read more

The perfect place to bring your dog. The owners and employees are bubbly individuals who really care about your health and well-being. Nice place and nice staff, I am happy there is a juice place now in the area. The inside is clean looking and everything is definitely fresh. So fresh that I had to wait for them to cut open and peel the fruits on the spot and then put them in the juicer. This took a bit long but that is okay because I know the ingredients are fresh. Unfortunately the juice I bought from here tastes super watered down and almost half of it is foam. It kind of tastes as if I just mixed water and orange juice together myself and I cannot taste any of the other fruits it is supposed to have in it. I will likely try this place again because the drinks sound great I just really hope I have a better tasting drink next time. Extremely bad customer service. I used to love going to this spot, but customer service ruined the whole experience. The girl at the front, she is short, about 5'2" -- was very rude, and started getting agitated and began arguing with me. I usually encounter the lady with colorful hair (blue or green), and she is very nice. But this time around, someone else was at the counter. The lady at the front started giving me an attitude and treated me with disrespect, even arguing with me and yelling at me. I had to call the police so that they could return my money, because to make matter worst, I got food with other substitutes without them telling me. The lady told my wife, "no one complaint the whole day today after ordering that." Do you think that's a way to talk to a customer when the customer is being polite and respectful? I hope they remove her from her position of serving customers at the front, because she looks bored out of her life and hates being there. She is driving customers away. Sadly, I'll never return there again. I'll find another place with better customer service and good food. read more
