Good juice and fairly cheap. It's amazing what can be found in an up and coming area like here. #1 Natural Juice Bar is one one the many places around here to get juice. Maybe it's not hipster but it's affordable. They have juices and smoothies. Basically this place is a small produce store with a counter. It has a menu on the wall with one side in English and the other in Spanish. This area has a big Hispanic population so you'll find lots of tropical fruits that you may not see too often in other stores. As for the juices and smoothies, this is the best part about it. It's about $6 for a medium. The best one so far is the Power Green Smoothie. It has a good combination. It's made with alfalfa, apple, banana, cucumber, ginger, lemon, pineapple, and spinach. This has not too much bitterness from the vegetables. It's sweet enough. The smoothies aren't that big but they are fresh. It has an okay location where there's a few sketchy people but nothing that bad. It's convenient getting to from the subway just a couple blocks. While in Ridgewood Queens I went inside the #1 natural juice bar for a tropical smoothie and small mixed fruit cup and left 20 minutes later glad I did and was better then the pizza or gyro that I was originally contemplating for lunch .small bright place with a few chairs , large easy to read menu in English and Spanish with all the offerings of fruits , veggies , fruit cocktails in liquid or solid form .listen I don't know if these juice drinks benefit your health but it taste great and It can't hurt but only help if you do a little reading and research.Very nice folks who work here , prices are more then reasonable and fruits and veggies look and taste fresh 100 percent .But that burger or pizza down and grab a large cup of fruits and veggies , Your body and soul will thank you .4.5 on my yelp meter . read more

I usually come here all the time and love the main woman who works here as she's efficient and makes delicious smoothies. I believe she is the manager? Writing this review to get her attention about the two young female employees who she hired. I had a horrible experience there today- it took 20 minutes (and I was the only person there) for a terribly watery and mediocre smoothie and "avocado toast with BOILED EGG" that was literally two pieces of soggy NOT toasted bread with mushy avocados and tomatoes?? In it?? I explained to the girl at the counter I did not want tomatoes it was boiled egg and she just stared at me totally dumbfounded! Mouth and eyes just wide open staring at me so confused it was so frustrating. She could not understand what I was saying at all and honestly looked like she was in outer space. I was late for my train and could not even enjoy the toast I paid for I immediately spit it out. I couldn't believe the lack of care and understanding. I don't know if she's new or just totally incompetent and lazy. Please please! Hire better staff who are actually competent and also can speak basic beginner level english as well! I used to love this spot and know others in the neighborhood do too and shouldn't be paying their hard earned money for sub par quality service and food. Again this is not a diss to the main woman who works here she's wonderful but the other employees will be this establishments downfall. read more

Been meaning to give this review for a while.. pay no attention to the bad review from years ago below I think it's very outdated. The current owner and his staff are very sweet and in the past few months have redone their menu and there are so many excellent choices. My boyfriend and I go here all the time and he tries different smoothies/juices all the time. He has enjoyed all of them but the iced oatmeal is a stand out. The owner works the counter the most and he provides great service and I've noticed seems to know and have good relationships with a lot of people in area. I am all for supporting local businesses, especially when their chai latte is the best in the neighborhood... I've seriously been everywhere else no comparison. Additionally they do make decorative fruit baskets I got my bf for Valentine's Day it was beautiful. Support this place!!! One of my favorite in the neighborhood. read more

I LOVE this place. The ingredients are totally fresh, the service is wonderful, the prices are great and to top it all off it's owned and operated independently by a woman of color. It's amazing to have this awesome business in the neighborhood, and you can tell she's growing because the hours have increased quite a bit over the last year.
