Pulled into the parking lot at 11:30 AM. Walked in and greeted by three guys. I asked about skate sharpening. One person said, "Follow Me!". I handed him my skates, they asked how I liked them and sharpened them right there. I was out in 5 minutes and the charge was $7. I told them how great the service was. They admitted that before 5PM on Weekdays is great and that later in the day and on weekends the wait can be an hour. Good Tip. read more

Fantastic. Huge thanks to Colin for helping fit me in and select the right skate. They fit me, baked it so I could thermo-fit it around my feet perfectly and sharpened the blade too all at no charge. Paid standard retail price for the skates, the same as I would anywhere else, but the value add was definitely there in the expertise, fitting, sharpening and showroom. Just took my son here to get his gear for the Learn to Play Hockey program. The place was absolutely packed with kids, and all of the employees took their time with each kid, and i believe made every one of them feel special about the experience of getting their first full hockey kit. I know my son came out of there feeling like he just got signed to an NHL team. In looking around the store, the items are expensive, but its ice hockey! No one gets into ice hockey because its a cheap sport...far from it. They have a great selection of gear, and i have no complaints with the staff. read more

I've been here twice. it is crap. it's the size of a Home Depot and filled with the most useless things for the everyday player. overpriced. service was terrible. I just wanted plain black reebok adult stockings. Just putting this out there as shout out to a storefront who went above and beyond for someone out of State. Ultimately I was having issues with a Stick bag that I bought online, no one else in my Area had the different bag I was looking to compare but found online that this store did. Called them and they spent their time verifying the questions I had and as well the dimensions about the differences in product. You think with the name "Total Hockey", they'd have dek hockey, street hockey, roller hockey AND ice hockey. Nope. Just ice hockey. And all the sticks they have were either super high priced or total junk. $19.99 or $200 +. I'd give it a miss unless you have money to burn and play ice hockey. read more

Great place! Literally a retail warehouse of hockey equipment. I took a quick drive up 309 and bought some new gloves here and was very impressed with the selection. The store has everything you can imagine and if you're not interested in buying online I would highly recommend stopping in here! read more

For such a large store, they seem out of stock on a lot of items, especially items that are supposedly on sale. Their prices are high, sale prices are about what other places charge as regular price. As was stated by others, they seems to have a lot of very cheap equipment or very expensive equipment, nothing in between. Their service is poor. If I didn't know better, I'd swear they sold on commission, always trying to upsell what you do not need. For example, my 9-year old, who has just started and never played before, does not need $100 shoulder pads nor does he need a $160 stick. Besides that, the staff's is not very knowledgeable at all. Cannot explain a stick's flex? Stating that it's better to cut down a senior stick then buy a junior? Total Hockey should be renamed Total BS. Lastly, they do not honor their return policy. I have had it with this store and starting going to Hockey Giant in East Norriton instead. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. read more
