don't typically give reviews like this but the experience I had here has caused me to. I came in with the expectation that my facial would be 1 hour and 15 minutes as that's what the booking portal said. Not only was I in and out of the room in under an hour (probably about 45-50 mins) but I didn't receive what the treatment entailed. I was supposed to receive an LED treatment with my facial which Madelyne chose not to include. On top of all of this, the facial itself was not great. She didn't explain what products / treatments she was going to perform and it overall was not a relaxing experience. Music was pretty much impossible to hear, the treatment itself was underwhelming and there was no manager available to help me after expressing my concerns with the experience. read more

Wonderful experience and honestly, compared with 5 star hotels I've been too in the last. She is petite...so I was worried about the deep tissue pressure. I had to ask her to lighten the pressure. Love this place! Located in an office with very easy parking. The place is very spa/like. My therapists have been Rui and Jan. Both were excellent. You get the full 60 or 90 or whatever you book. Unlike other spas where they offer 50 or 85. There's a serene waiting area with complimentary tea and water. The rooms are super clean and relaxing. Bathroom is very clean. Rui focuses on specific therapeutic treatments. I've brought my mom in to also see her. She's fantastic. I recently had work done by Jan. She was very attentive and had the perfect pressure. I may be joining the membership program because I definitely want to come more often. read more

I just wanted to leave a quick review regarding the customer service of this establishment. I had bought a massage gift certificate back in January for my aunt who had just moved to Meridian...... Idaho. I searched local spa's in Meridian ID and somehow I was connected with this spa. I blindly breezed right over the address and purchased a gift certificate which was emailed directly to my aunt. Suffice to say, the gift certificate cannot be used. I left a message this morning and received a prompt call back from Carolyn who was so kind, understanding, and helpful and we will be refunded for that gift certificate. I booked myself a 60 minute Swedish massage as a treat for Mother's Day. Meridian Massage Spa is located in an office building, so parking was very easy on a Sat. Check- in was quick (no mountains of forms) and Quintina started my massage on time. Everyone was wearing masks, though I was not required to wear mine during the massage. The massage was good, but didn't blow me away (though I've been spoiled by massages in Vegas, which isn't fair to compare). I didn't have any moan-worthy moments, but 2 days later my body definitely felt a lot better. One thing I really appreciated was not feeling greasy from all the lotion during the massage. Quintina also put a towel around my hair while massaging my neck/shoulders so lotion didn't get in my hair. Afterwards I enjoyed some tea while decompressing on the couch before driving home. Checkout was quick bc they already had my card on file from booking. I plan to return again when I need another massage! read more

This was my first massage since the pandemic. Rui welcomed me and was very attentive to my needs. I booked the deep tissue massage for 60 minutes. She applied the right amount pressure to areas that was stiff. My goal for this session was loosen up tight areas and relax. She definitely delivered! I'm hooked and set up a membership to get monthly massages. As a note, prior to the pandemic I usually get monthly massages. However, we just moved so I was searching for the "right" masseuse. This was my first time at Meridian Massage and its atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and quiet. Rich was great! He paid full attention to my pain points and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Rich also worked on other parts of my body that I didn't realize had tension. He even gave me helpful at-home tips to prevent tension buildup where I would normally experience pain. After my deep tissue massage, Rich mentioned that the areas he focused on will feel sore for about a day and after that I should feel much better. It's Day 2 and I feel awesome. I came into see her solely based off a cervical neck issue (turned into causing problems with my entire right side of my body,) I've been dealing with since a car accident I was in late July 2022... Rui touched all forms of pain - physical mental emotional and spiritual. I told her she should call it a Magical Medical Massage because she touched pains I didn't even realize I had! I had a really amazing massage by Rui today :) I've always had trigger points in my lower back and always figured I'd just have to deal with them, but Rui had a way of working out the pain and tension without directly hitting those trigger points. She knew immediately where to spot the areas that needed work while also giving a very relaxing massage. Check-in was super easy, and the lobby area was calm and welcoming. Everything was perfectly clean. The tea room/waiting area was beautifully appointed and I hadn't waited more than a couple minutes before Rui welcomed me into the room for my massage. I had the 90-minute Meridian Point massage (pressure points, pain relief, lymphatic drainage) and it was INCREDIBLE. Rui is a godsend. She was able to draw out every point of tension in my body. The spa offers a multitude of massage from Swedish to Thai to deep tissue to therapeutic to medical to lymphatic and there are still more options. The spa also offers facials which put me to sleep. The therapists are great and skin feels refreshed. They do not try to push their skincare line either which is nice.
