The classes are well structured and the studio is always clean and welcoming. My granddaughters have not only improved in their technique but has also gained confidence and discipline. I found their price to be very reasonable, considering other places normally charge almost twice as much.

I have been going to gyms for over 30 years, and unfortunately this has been one of the worst…read morefitness centers I've ever joined. They began signing people up around July 2024 before the gym was even open. I joined specifically because the salesperson told me they would be offering water aerobics. As of today, there are still no water aerobics classes included with membership. I asked an employee about it and was told the only option is a personal water aerobics session at $40 per class, and they only offer two per month. So instead of an included class, it would cost an extra $80 each month, which is completely misleading compared to what I was promised. On top of that, I referred three friends who all signed up within a month of each other, I was told--by the manager back in October 2025--that I qualified for a free year of membership, which I was not awear of and he even set it up for me. Despite that, I received notices from PayPal that EOS was attempting to charge me $24.99 for this February and March 2026. Not only is my regular membership supposed to be $19.99, but I shouldn't have been charged anything because of the free‑year promotion. They also increase the membership fee without notifying me. When I asked about it, I was told I actually didn't qualify for the free year because "all three referrals didn't sign up in the same month." I was never informed of this requirement, and it is not written anywhere. So why did the manager tell me I qualified? Why would it be set up on my account, only to later claim I don't meet the requirements? This company has poor communication, makes misleading promises to get members in the door, and seems to have very little regard for its customers. The saying "You Get What You Pay For" truly applies here. I would gladly pay more for a gym membership that actually communicates honestly and delivers what it promises. EōS really need to check its policy and be a little more considerate of their members.

She is a 5th-grade student, Co-Captain of the GEMS cheer team, and was preparing to join the dance program. Over several months, our child experienced multiple safety and medical incidents on campus. These included being denied timely restroom access, an injury on the playground without staff intervention or parent notification, and a hand injury during PE where medical assistance was not provided when requested. Due to the school's no-phone policy, we were not informed of these incidents until after school. When we raised concerns, administration acknowledged staffing and supervision challenges and stated an investigation would occur. As of now, we have not received follow-up or resolution. Student safety, communication, and supervision are essential. Based on our experience, these areas require significant improvement.

First, it's a business. You start a business to make money. Customers can often be the ones who are unreasonable. Pay what you agreed to pay. Disneyland won't refund your month you didn't use the pass. Why should small businesses do that when it hits them even harder. Businesses cost money...a LOT of money...to operate. Instructors, lights, and I doubt that massive warehouse is free. In fact, I would wager it's their biggest cost every month or maybe tied for first with staff, which not only includes hourly wages but workers comp insurance for each employee. You like AC in Riverside heat? That isn't free either. Second, the racism I'm seeing exercised against this business because it's Russian owned...for shame! People commenting on how they're racist? Please. I'm Hispanic and my husband is Asian and I have never once felt discriminated against by them. I've only had one encounter with the owner. I will say she wasn't covered in sugar, and she made me fill out a waiver for my daughter while I wore her during pop-in play, by whatever. If my daughter got injured in any way, she could have a potential law suit on her hands. People rarely think about the small business owner or the stresses they're under trying to serve the public. Pay your bill and enjoy the business. Realis is good to go.
