You fill out a form in the beginning of each session with visual graphics to indicate areas of concern, the amount of pressure you prefer etc. My first visit I choose "moderate" to "firm" and I felt like I had been beat up. The second time I chose light to moderate pressure which was much better. Lisa is the massage therapist I would recommend after being there three times with three different gals.
