First time here and I'll be back. Everyone was very friendly. Place was clean, liners in the pedicure bowls which I liked. Got a spa pedicure and l enjoyed the massage chair and leg message. Update: still love getting my pedicure here! Had surgery on my toe six months ago, and was a bit nervous to get a pedicure since my nail was still not completely grown back correctly. Chaay did an awesome job and you can't even tell which toe!
The spa was very covid friendly and everything felt totally sanitary. Rozanna did my nails i was between a fill and a full set - overdue. Im a cosmetologist and can be very particular about my nails... nonetheless I think this may be the best nail shape ive gotten in a very long time. Her attention to detail and nice attitude towards having me check multiple times to make sure i was happy was amazing! The pricing here seemed on point and not overpriced at all. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere and i rebooked a appointment to come back again. Really happy to find a new high quality place.
I'm from out of town. My sister made us appointments here because she swears by their dips. I needed a full set. I've had acrylic nails many many times. These nails are SO thick I'm gonna have to go see my regular lady to have them filed down. I also told him coffin shape and they are totally square. I kept saying "narrower. Narrower please" and they stayed the same. And one nail is crooked. EVERYTHING is an up charge. I like my nails a little longer (not ridiculous just a little longer than medium) they charge you extra for that, the cats eye polish is $10 more (what???) coffin shape was $5 more. My full set cost nearly $60 when I walked out. OH....and I mentioned earlier I had an appointment. 12:45 and wasn't seen until 1:20. Appointments don't seem to matter. They'll take you when they get to you.
My nail technician (Peter) was terrible. I brought butterfly glitter to create the design pictured. After already filling my nails, he did not ask me what I wanted, so I had to interrupt him and tell him I wanted to use those glitters. He told me it was too late and he could try to stick them on top of the nails, but the clear nail was not an option. He then painted my nails blue (a shade he picked out) and put a clear coat on and said I was done. I asked him why he didn't put on the butterflies and he said they were too thick and could only use stickers at this point since he already applied a top coat. Why didn't he apply the glitter prior to the clear coat? I'm not sure. He then showed me 3 options of stickers he could use, I picked the LV ones and he placed 2 tiny ones on my ring finger and that's it. I like this place, but would specifically ask for NOT PETER.
The salon I originally wanted to go to was closed on Sunday, so I decided to try a new one. When I walked in I noticed that they were very busy. This is usually a good sign that the place is good, and they were. Although I do have a few gripes. They say that a full set is only 28 dollars but they charge extra for every little thing. So that adorable free plate of fruit and bottle of water they give you, doesn't exactly seem gratis. I was charged for the gel polish used over my manicure, charged extra for the length and even an extra charge for getting almond shaped nails instead of the standard square shaped nails. My 28 dollar set ended up costing over 50 bucks!! That being said, Hellen, my nail tech, was very nice and actually did a great job. She left my station a few times to top coat other customers nails, which was a little annoying but they were very busy. So, I can forgive that. It's a nice salon, with friendly staff. Just be prepared to spend more than you think!

I made an appointment (I heard the back street boys playing in the back ground and I knew I was going to the right place) at pure nail and spa and it was a 10/10 experience! The chairs were the most comfortable I've sat in at a salon and my manicurist Phil did a wonderful job and was a great conversationalist, which is important to me when giving my business to a nail salon. Susie who did my pedicure was very detailed and enjoyable. They have a rocking play list also, Will be returning!
John is AMAZING. He takes his time and makes sure your nails look PERFECT. He was so much fun to talk to AND sing with. I will definitely be coming back!
I was super excited to get my nails done for graduation but couldn't be more disappointed. Wrong shape, the ends and underside looked awful (see pics) and I wanted gel but they put dip underneath the gel (idk why) so they were way too thick. Also the lady was running around taking phone calls the whole time. Super bad job. Definitely not worth $55 and will not being going back.
I found this salon on Yelp after realizing that I need to TREAT MYSELF. It's only 10 minutes away from where I live, and the interior looks spacious and clean, so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! Walking in, the receptionist was kind and told me to write my name on the list and pick out my colors. I came in for a regular mani/pedi (no gel because I work in a healthcare facility). They have a wide variety of colors to choose from. I noticed that the place was spacious and clean, as they were in the pictures. They were playing fun hip hop/pop music, making the environment more enjoyable. The receptionist walked me to my pedi massage chair to get my feet soaking until a tech was available to work on me. Right away, I was given a bowl of fruits (pineapple, grapes, and a slice of watermelon) and a small bottle of water. I felt so fancy!!! I was like "mhmmmm you is the QUEEN today." Lol. The nail tech came over and worked on my toes. Her name is Riy (pronounced like "Ree") and she was very sweet. She really cleaned up my toes, gave me a light foot massage, and did well with the paint. On to the mani! I picked out my color and sat in her chair. She was kind enough to bring my fruits and water over, which I appreciated. During the mani, we got to talk a lot and know about each other more. She's super friendly!! She shaped my nails nicely, even though my nails are kind of short. The nail cleaning and painting was great. Best part, the package was only $44! Very reasonable price for the incredible service they provide. I think I have found my go-to nail salon in Strongsville.
This is a nail salon that I would definitely come back to. The staff is very friendly, the prices are reasonable and we were given fruit and water while we were getting pedicures done. Since they just opened, they also had an additional 30% off services which was a great bonus. I got a classic pedicure and gel manicure for $45 total. My sister got a fun Mickey design, and she was very pleased with the results. The only complaint I have was that my mom, sister and I all had appointments at 9 but no one got there until almost 9:10. Next time we won't make the appointment for as soon as they open, but we will definitely be going back because the atmosphere is so great.

I want to like this place but Jennifer is just awful. I spent over an hour and a half here for a pedicure and gel manicure. My mom and I went together, her nail technician Nicky did a great job and helped three people during my hour and a half time. Jennifer got up several times during to do who knows what. She has a poor attitude, work product, and just rushed through everything. All you want to do when you go to a nail salon is RELAX, and I did not. I am very disappointed with how my nails turned out for the amount of time I spent there. It just looks like a rushed product. Oh, and to top it off this was a birthday present. read more

I've been going here 3 years. Overall the customer service is good but, I couldn't give this business 5/5 stars due to my recent experiences. Last time I went to get a pedicure, I called to make an appointment. Whoever answered the phone must've had a bad day because this woman was extremely rude. Which was out of the ordinary because, the usual woman who answers the phone is pleasant. The second time I went to get a gel acrylic set. I work in the healthcare field so I have to have shorter nails. Once I kept asking to go shorter, it was made out to seem like it was an issue. Then my original nail tech was switched out with Nhung-Nguyen. She was efficient and to the point but I didn't appreciate her underlying attitude. Which was obvious from the way she sighing and aggressive grabbing my hand. All in all they did 8.5/10 job on my nails. The length is to my liking but I can't stand the way they flare out at the top. The shape was pretty accurate to my inspo picture but again they flare a little at the top. I recommend booking with Rozana, who my mom usually goes to. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. My wife went to get her nails done and got completely scammed and ripped off. She ended up paying $120 for a botched manicure. Go somewhere else down the street. They treat you like crap. read more

Couldn't leave a 0 star rating so they get 1 star. Absolute trash manicure and even worse pedicure. Stephen did my nails and didn't ask what shape I wanted on my toes. I quickly noticed he was rounding them and said I didn't want it round I preferred square. However you can't change the nail shape once you've already cut. Now my nail shape is different on each foot. As for the manicure he did a terrible job evenly shaping the length of my nails and kept badgering me that his boss said I wanted gel when my appointment was specifically for regular mani and pedi. I am unsure how they even have 86 positive reviews. Don't waste your money. read more

I got a shellac mani-pedi and was in love! It looked very nice. She shaped my nails perfectly- usually I'm very picky about this and I had no complaints. The polish on my toes lasted for over a month without chipping. Will definitely be back! read more

The salon is very clean, well decorated and has a great staff. We were given bottles of water and small fruit plates while we waited to be seen. I took my daughter here to get her first set of gel nails, and she had a picture from Pinterest she wanted them to duplicate. The nail tech was very friendly and did an awesome job on the design. 100% satisfied. The only negative was that we came as walk-ins right when they opened at 10 AM on a Wednesday and had to wait quite a while because they were very busy, but next time we'll make an appointment. read more

Just went here today for the first time and this place exceeded my expectations! The decor is pretty and it's a very clean place. The fruit plate they give everyone is such a nice touch! They also had huge trays of cookies for everyone. My nail tech got my fill done in like 35 minutes and it looks great. She got the coffin shape correct (which believe it or not is hard to have done correctly). I will definitely go back for my next fill! read more

Gel mani and $35 pedi. Great experience! Was served a small complimentary fruit tray and water during the pedi, and got to relax in their superb massage chair! Very neat painting. 100% will be returning. read more

Came to this nail salon because of the good reviews. I got a dip manicure and it was about a 20 minute wait and they had quite a bit of colors to choose from which is a positive. However, I told the technician I just wanted my nails shaped and no length taken off. I walked out extremely short nails and nails that looked like they were already grown out. Not worth the money or the time- disappointed. read more
