    Cat eye

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm so happy I found this place, staff super friendly , and clean place too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Molly was awesome, she was on top of every detail, and she also did exactly what I asked for. I had cat eye. Thank you Molly . I'll be back

    GelX Color 6

I'm literally OBSESSED!!! I wanted to get dip powder, but she recommended GelX (I got color #6) and they look way more natural. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Before she started the color she made sure I loved everything and gave me an opportunity to speak up which I appreciated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Such a great vibe and did such a great job

I called in the morning to see if they could take my friend and myself at noon for a mani/pedi. They said they were available. When we arrived, we were seated promptly at our pedicure stations. My technician did a wonderful job at my pedicure. It was relaxing to have done, and she often asked how things were feeling and which options I wanted. She did a thorough job., The same technician did my manicure. I felt like she took her time to do my gel manicure, and I loved my nails afterwards.

They were able to fit me in for a walk in Sunday afternoon, gel man and regular pedi! $45 for the mani and $45 for the basic pedi. Really really good manicure. They took their time and I walked out really happy. I think my nails look gorgeous. The pedicure was very standard and checked all my boxes. Tip to Toe nails (a 10 min walk down the street) is cheaper and I'd recommend them. However if price is no issue to you I'd go here for sure!

My tech was precise and very detailed! I'm not a local and I was surprised the shop was empty! Very simple place but good options. $70 for dip removal and hard gel manicure.

Got full manicure with Dip powder last week- 6 days ago! . She only applied 2 coats. I've only had dip a few times, but it's normally pretty thick when done correctly. This was clearly not done correctly. Polish Started cracking the very same day, but it wasn't that noticeable so I just sucked it up. 2 days go by, and my left index (pictures first starts to throb with pain. No idea why. It Felt like I'd slammed my finger in a door it was so sore. (I did nothing to traumatize my finger) Next day, as the pain in my left starts to subside, my right index throbs (terribly!) This has NEVER happen in my life! Not With any sort of gel, polish, dip, nothing. The throbbing in both finally stops, but then next thing I know, both index fingers have giant cracks in the dip! Right across the nail bed. I was able to glue the right one so you could barely see the crack, but the left one, even though I tried to glue it, still looked bad, and THEN it started to separate (crack again) the next day. Few days go by, and my left nail feels very fragile and soft where the crack is. I'm worried if I don't remove the dip powder immediately, somehow, my finger nail will get bumped or catch on something and the whole top of my actual nail will rip off from the bed. Tonight at home, I just removed the dip powder myself to reveal what I suspected. Sure enough that exactly what would have happened. The crack is all the way to my actual nail. It's not just the powder coating. My nail is in such a fragile state now and of course, looks horrid. So much for "dip powder is the most healthy for your nails." This was the second time I've come to this salon because I was so pleased with my first manicure here. But I am livid! This cost me $55, $75 with tip! And I have been nothing but nails in worse shape with each passing day. Some might wonder if there was a problem with my nails before the manicure, or if maybe, I just had a bad reaction to the material. I can say with all the confidence that this whole ordeal was due to poor application or a poor product used by this salon. I've been getting nails professionally done with various products for years. My natural nails are strong, long, and healthy. Wish I could get a refund but I don't care to ever step foot in the place again. The addition pictures are to show that several of my nails have that crackle effect. Luckily they just haven't cracked in half yet. They've looked like this since day one. This salon did a terrible, TERRIBLE job and I'm so mad. Hopefully I can salvage my nail. I caution all who go to this salon. Make sure the dip is done right! But probably safest to find a different salon. If the owner reads this review and wants to contact me and give me a refund. I'll at least modify/ update my review to reflect that.

This place is wonderful. I had Bolar as a technician she is careful, meticulous, and sweet. She was amazing. This place is modern, gorgeous, clean, smells great and they offer you wine while you get pampered. It is pricey and I paid for the deluxe and i dont think anything that was done was worth the 75$ charge. I swear it said I get a clay masking which I didnt. Its 20$ for eyebrow waxing. Which is wild.

Gel manicure that only lasts a day and a half... incredibly disappointing

I have to give credit for the gel pedicure - two weeks later, after chlorinated pools, walks in the sand, and close toed shoes my toe nails still look pristine. Don't go looking for long lasting manis (all of mine came up within 4 days), but do go if you're looking for long lasting pedis.

    French Tip Manicure

I got a gel pedi and French tip manicure. The pedicure was fine but the manicure is honestly, so bad. Technician said she was done and when I saw my nails they did not look ok. I asked her to please wipe the nail polish off of my fingers and one of my fingers had white nail polish on the nail bed. She did so but just really was not warm or engaged at all. I honestly did not want to ask her to fix it because she seemed so bothered. Not sure if it's a race thing- as I didn't see them treat the Caucasian girls this way. Very disappointed. Would not come back here. Not work $100.

Dip nails - with tip $66 worth it!!

This owner is clearly unwell, who would do something like that. Tech did not spend 20-25 minutes. It was a 10 minute service. Even she said as I was checking out that I should just be billed for a polish change. The tech filed 2 nails for 30 seconds. I scheduled and came in for a polish change which they told me would take 10 minutes and it did. owner insisted afterwards that i pay for a mini manicure which i did not receive per the tech who confirmed verbally with the check out clerk. no massage. no filing and buffing. no lotion, no cutting of cuticles. $33 for a polish change seems excessive and greedy. make sure you get pricing up front from them. aesthetics and interior design very low end, looks cheap and sloppily put together. I tipped the tech $10 on venmo because I do not trust the owner to give the tip to the tech. When I asked them to call the owner back to confirm I was being charged for a service I didn't receive, the owner didn't pick up nor text her worker back. After waiting for 10 minutes I just paid so I could leave. Not a good way to run a business.

Every time they did it, the shape was not almond, the nails were not even in length, and all around, they could not get them right. The gel application was also poor quality, once it was so thick it looked like plastic and I had to push them to redo it for free, another time it started to peal after 3 days. When you pay a lot of money for a gel manicure, I expect a great outcome. I'm sure they have technicians who know what they are doing, but I want to come in, relax, and get a great manicure.

During my time as a client I was asked by Lane to reschedule 3 of my appointments without explanation. All of which I accommodated by moving things on my schedule. On Sept 3rd, I received a text once again asking to change my appointment on Oct. 29th @ 4p to Oct 28th same time. While I said OK, I asked that this be the last reschedule as it was third time and honestly it was inconvenient - especially considering these appointmentsare booked months in advance so, I build my schedule around it. Fast forward to Oct 27 and I have chosen a design and as usual sent it to Lane via IG stating this was for our Wed Appt on the 29th since that was the time/date still on my calendar from their scheduler and I didn't think about the text two months ago. (To Note: Whenever an appointment was sent by them (even a change) it's updated in the Google calendar). She responded to my message saying " You Got It!". I'm always excited when getting my nails done and have a trip planned this week so, I was really looking forward to it. So, the next day (Tuesday), I receive a text from Lane at 3:52p saying "Hiiii! Just realizing your insta message said Wednesday and our appt is today at 4! Just confirming that I'll see you in a few ". Wait what? I was confused so, I sent her a screenshot of my calendar and email which had the appointment for Wed and was FROM the nail shop. Also, how do you just realize this 8 min prior to an appointment? She asked if I received an email with the new date and time to which I said no because if I had - it would have updated in my calendar. She then says she has no other 4p appts for the remainder of the week. I said " Fine, I guess I'll see you next month" as I was understandably disappointed. She then offered a time for next week to which I say " No thank you. Have a great weekend" because I have a meeting I can't move. Her response? "My policy does state that 100% of a service will be charged for last minute cancellation/no show....ill add that charge to your next appointment on Tuesday, November 25th at 2pm." Seriously? For her mistake/oversight, she wants to charge me basically double next time? Mind you I spend at LEAST $170 each visit not including the 20 - 25% tip I leave every time. Not only that - I've accommodated her requests THREE TIMES prior even though I had to move something. I have been consistent customer who at most has been 7 minutes late MAYBE twice and have always communicated and have been apologetic. I was so disappointed by the unprofessionalism that I canceled my remaining appointments for the year and will not be returning. Just goes to show that loyalty and flexibility doesn't mean much to some service providers.
