She is professional and friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. She has also given me great advice on my skin care routine. Not only that but she's quick at what she does and leaves my skin silky smooth with no irritation. All the girls that I've encountered at the front desk have been very friendly and professional! I've had to cancel up to an hour before my appointment and they were quick to get me rescheduled. From my understanding, they do have a strict cancellation policy so be sure to contact them regarding reservations/cancellations. If you're looking for a new wax place - make sure to stop by and check them out! I signed up for a wax package and I'm so glad I did! They never expire so you can use them at any time. The lady told me she didn't have other sizes and only have all medium. I told her I don't want the lashes if she couldn't do the cateye that I wanted. She assure me that she can do it. Before she started on my eyelashes, she did my brow and what is sad was she never gave me the wet tissue for me to wipe my brows so I had to go home and applied some aftercare wipes to my brows. It was a difficult application because I am hard of hearing and can't hear but I heard voices and I had to remind her that I can't hear well (Will not recommend any deaf friends to this salon). After she was done with my eyelashes, I was very unhappy. It was uncomfortable while wearing my glasses and the lashes were not curled up but crooked in so many ways. My left lashes were full and the right was not full. The lady said I didn't have much eyelash hair for the lashes to attach on. That was not true because I didn't have any issues with the last tech who could do it for me. So I ended up paying $60 for this. I'll definitely never return to this place.
