This was not the speedy, rushed, "pick your color, pick your color!" treatment that I've received at other places. They really take their time, and that creates a sense of peaceful pleasure My lavender spa pedicure and manicure were wonderful. There were no misunderstandings or communication breakdowns. She helped me choose the exact shades after I described the Summery blue tones that I love. I didn't read the entire spa menu, so my neck and shoulder massage were a very pleasant surprise. I just left the salon and I am very happy. Mai did my nails. She was very gentle and took great care of me during the entire service. I'm honestly very iffy when it comes to going to new nail salons, but this one is in the same plaza as my job so I wanted to give it a try and I'm glad that I did. I appreciate her kindness and transparency from the very beginning. The salon is very clean and it doesn't smell strong of chemicals which I really appreciate. I wanted milky white base with a pure white French tip, and she was very transparent about my expectations She made it clear that doing a dip powder with milky white base and pure white tips, would almost not show considering putting white on white. I told her that was OK and let's continue on anyways. I loved the guy that did my pedicure. That being said the chair was uncomfortable, no cushioning and could barely feel the massager. Also they bring out a pan to soak your feet, no pedicure jet spa..really? Also like another person mentioned the colors don't seem to match from what you pick on the pallet verse the bottle. This place seemed cleaner than other nail places. I stopped in here while my BF was at the dentist across the way. I usually go to a place in Dublin. The price is on par with other nail places for just a classic pedicure. They have a ton of different options for more money though. I like that it doesn't smell like nail polish like other places. They don't rub the calluses off your feet as good as my other place so that's why I'm giving it 4 rather than 5 stars. The process was the same as every other manicure spot, but for some reason the buff and shine on my nails were perfection. So the ambiance is nice, and the ladies are nice however .... We got two reflexology pedicures without any reflexology so I do not recommend picking that particular pedicure. They recently did a salon makeover which is lovely, the previous salon chairs were perfect as the current ones are okay (not as relaxing). A few of the technicians wear masks, the tools are enclosed in their own packaging prior to use, and they have an assortment of colors and nail choices, classic mani /pedi, dip nails, shellac nails, paraffin wax for hands or feet. Vivian was my technician and she paid close attention to my cuticles and raged nail beds. I was pleased with my nails. We're glad to come here today, this place is very clean and elegant. The workers are very professional and friendly. My sister and I had two pedicures and the service was magnificent. The massage that they gave us was very relaxing. On top of that, this place sell and hand made their own lotion. I bought one myself and I just use it. I love it. used to like this place a couple years back, but the quality of service has gone down every time i go back. there is always sticky residue on nails and cuticles after gel, nail damage always occurs, and the request is never carried out accurately. everything is always done roughly without paying attention to detail, appointments are not honored, and staff attitude is unwelcoming and rude. it seems like the staff care less about their customers and more about speed. read more

The staff here is nice and I usually get a regular pedicure and either a gel or dip manicure so nothing to crazy. I came here a few times before covid and so far a few times since covid. As I said, staff is nice but after today's visit, I can understand about them sneaking in services. I was always given a neck and shoulder massage after my manicure after every visit. Today they asked if I wanted a neck/shoulder massage and if so it's $10 extra. I was never told prior to this visit about the extra cost so I was in shock. The person doing my manicure said this add-in with a manicure stopped a few weeks away but I came about 1.5 months ago and I was given one without them telling me about the extra cost, so just a bit confused if they are selective with their customers. I asked the person who did my pedicure and she said a prior employee would do the service but not tell the customer that it was extra. Other than the mishap/confusion, it was a pleasant experience. Just the mishap made me feel uneasy about coming back again. I did notice a dent in my manicure and another employee was able to fix that, but there was a bit of nail polish/dip power on my skin and I had to ask them to clean it up. The lady who did my manicure seemed in a hurry to do a pedicure. (It's not busy at all and the person seemed like a regular) It's very nice inside and I do like the reclining chairs! read more

I am a regular client for years! It was my "go to" salon since 2018. Always great service, loyal staff and super accommodating and relaxing atmosphere. They renovated the place more than a year ago, added a designated Mani area, took out the relaxing chairs and replaced them with very uncomfortable new ones with stiff leg rest. I went there this week and sadly, after more than 6 years, I will not be returning. Here is why: 1. The equipment is not clean. They used to pull new clean tools for every Pedi, now they use whatever they used on the previous client, without even trying to show you it is clean. 2. The massage for the basic Mani Pedi was around 7-10 minutes. Now it is 3. 3. This is the second time I am going there and get a bleeding cut. 4. I do not appreciate the fact that they ask me what type of Pedi i want AFTER my legs are in the water, as part of their more expensive treatments include adding stuff to the soak. 5. The towels they used on my legs this week had stains and looked dirty. 6. This is the 3rd time that the bottle of the polish of my choosing is nearly empty. They really need to check their polishes. It is a disgrace. I am paying a lot and do not appreciate a diluted polish. 7. The young guy sitting in the Mani area, and was supposed to greet the customers, help with sitting and take money had zero interest in working. His head was stuck in his phone all the time. Not a good impression. 8. No music, equipment and towels were not clean and the staff felt in a hurry. Unfortunately I will not be going back. After so many years, I hate to write a negative review, but I hope the owned will do better, otherwise more loyal clients like me will be gone soon. There are plenty of salons in the area. read more

Something is off. Customer service is not priority. The language barrier is also a complication. The nail color we try on the nail sampler is not the same color they bring to apply on your nails. I used to like coming here, the durability of the nail Polish is great (hence 2 stars), but the last two times the quality severely decreased. Last time, some of my nail polish, while drying shortly after the saloon, shrank and wrinkled. It looked awful so I came back to get it fixed.
