This was my first time here and I WILL NOT be back. First let me say I absolutely LOVE my nails which is the only reason why I'm giving this 2 stars. But the experience was strange and weird. 1. Tammy told me she majored in mathematics but somehow continued to say she "miscalculated" my total. I can understand my total changing with designs, but constantly changing the price is weird. And constantly mentioning "I miscalculated" while talking about being a mathematics college graduate just doesn't make sense. 2. She continued to mention costs and rent going up every time the price was adjusted. I understand that, but I'm the customer. Not the owner, so with all due respect - that doesn't concern me. 3. My hands were messy with dried powder and she continued to say "oh it'll come off with soap and water!" How about being clean? 4. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then she asked me questions back to back but said "I don't share personal business" when I asked her the same in return - just in casual conversation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 5. She was in a rush and kept mentioning how she had other customers. I'm assuming this was why the dried powder was left on my hands. 6. She told me she needed my help holding up the gel machine - I didn't mind as long as the design stayed intact but at the same time - I'm the customer. Not a staff member. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On top of that she told me "no talking" while I was holding the machine as if I'm a child. VERY rude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lastly, I'm not sure if she was trying to get over on me with the constant "miscalculations" and mentioning of "prices going up" but overall I left feeling off. I don't mind paying for a service but when a service provider who is "great at math" constantly "miscalculates" prices, it doesn't seem genuine. 7. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A customer walked in letting her know she texted her. She says you're Amy right? Tammy says "Yes I'm Amy" ..like huh? What was the lie for?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm not sure what's going on here overall but I left feeling really strange. Just a heads up to anyone interested - you will love your nails but the experience was trash. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She gave me a "gift" on my way out - which was a cute box with dust all over it and something in it. I'm not sure what it was and I really don't think it was a customer appreciation gift.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I think it was just an incentive for me to come back because she kept mentioning how her prices are cheaper than other nail places. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I support women in business - always! But this felt like a hustler trying to run a sales gimmick and that's the last thing I want to feel as a customer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall great nails. I've came to Tamie one other time and my first experience was great. We talked the whole time, she gave me free gifts, everything was fine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Until today I went in and she had a terrible attitude to start off with. I asked geo her day was and she ignored me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She starts applying the hard gel, mind you this has nothing to do with the color. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked her if I could change the color I picked and she told me not to rush her and to wait until the end. That's rude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She has me put my nails under the lamp to dry the hard gel and it completely burns my hands so bad because the gel was all over my skin. I told her it hurt and she responded with "it's apart of the process". Everytime I get hard gel the process never goes like this. My nails were completely rushed thru as soon as another customer walks in asking for a pedicure. I would not recommend this shop if you're looking to get hard gel. My nails looks like blocks. Their pictures are very deceiving compared to their actual mail techs ability to execute them. They said they can do any nail, you show them the nails you want and they give you something completely different, but the same colors lol read more

Was visiting my boyfriend for the day decided to go in here to get a pedicure and they refused to help me cause I had a bad nail on foot and they were talking in their language making me feel uncomfortable and the ladies excuse was the manager don't allow her to do what I was asking for and then the ladies were staring at me like I was homeless scum with no money...
