I had taken my adult disabled son here for a consult for hair removal in his face. I was given a follow up appointment for spot test to see how he handled it. I got a call the morning of his appointment day stating they had consulted with their doctor and don't think they can treat him due to his disability and lack of pain tolerance! I told them I was disappointed and that they should not assume someone with an intellectual disability has a low pain tolerance. I told them his brother has the same disability and a VERY HIGH pain tolerance. He didn't even complain about a huge abscess above his molar! Caught it with a panoram X-ray. My son does very well with pre meds for dental work yet this place would not even go through with the spot trial like we agreed to. Not impressed. read more

I had recently received botox and lip filler by the nurse practitioner Megan. My experience here was more than I expected. The building is super clean and the employees are very friendly and professional. Going in, I was super nervous just because I had never received any Botox or anything prior. Megan was super knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. She definitely made my nerves ease up. Two weeks later my lips are very full and my fine lines have disappeared. Made an appointment for a consult with Dr. Stewart. He created a treatment plan for me. I made another appointment to get the procedures done. They called me, had to cancel, so I booked another time. When I arrived to that appointment with Stewart, I asked if I could have one of the fillers put in a different area of face. It was simply a choice I made, in my picking and choosing, as I've had juvederm many times before in my life. No big deal right ?? Stewart then says "I don't know if I want to treat you then." I was kind of shocked at his response. I asked why not. He told me that wasn't part of the treatment plan he created for me. Oh, so then he ONLY does what he feels should be done? How crazy is that, not to mention childish. Anyway, he finally agreed to go with what I wanted, God forbid, and I signed the consent form(s). Procedure was done. Then, when I got to the front desk to pay, they wanted to charge me an additional $400 above what the treatment plan and cost of it was supposed to be, not to mention, was provided me. I asked, how is that, that's not what was provided as my quote cost ?? Girl at desk then proceeds to tell me, that was not actual cost of procedure. I told her, I have my treatment plan here with me, these were the costs provided me and showed it to her. She tried to talk around it, saying things such as, your treatment plan was expired by 5-days. I told her yes, it is expired, based on you cancelling my appointment and I had to reschedule. Then, she goes into a "here is the consent you just signed." When I looked down at it, they had written in the higher cost on the form, yet that cost was not written on it directly before I'd signed it. I told her, no, that isn't right, that's essentially a "bait and switch." Again, I showed her the treatment plan and costs they'd provided me. Nothing with the procedure had been changed on my part except I asked for the juvederm to be placed along my jaw, versus in my nasibolfolds. Same grade of juvederm. So, obviously, that process of paying didn't go well, and they allowed the price to be paid to be same as their actual quote. About a week later, I called to schedule a follow up to have Stewart finish rest of layering for temple area, his choice in how to go about it. Based on how earlier visit went, I asked the girl what they intended to charge. Fair, as I wanted to be sure what I was getting myself into. She told me she didn't know what the cost would be. REALLY? So, she said she'd ask and call me back. About a hour or so later, call came, and she told me, Stewart wouldn't be doing it and that she still didn't know price, that I should just come in, have the procedure and "they'd know then." Hell no !! At that point I told the girl, fine, then I'll just have Lenae do it. Lenae has done fillers in the past for me on multiple occasions, she's awesome. Only reason I got involved with Stewart was because a t that time, I was told she wasn't doing temples. Apparently, she now does temples. So, then that turns into the girl on phone telling me that to see her, there's a consult fee to see her. I asked why, I've seen her several times in the past, she knows exactly what I need. They said, "that's just their policy." I told the girl, "then why only two weeks ago, was I told come on in, Lenae can do the fillers in the areas except the temples for you ?" Are these people even on earth ?? They are all over the place, they lie and embellish prices and give you the cold shoulder the entire time. Stewart, even though he can have a moment of being personal, acts like a childish 2-year old end user !! I'd never had anything negative to say in the past of this place when it was Lenae. Yes, I've heard others in past through word of mouth say they do "dirty business," but it just hadn't been my experience, until this last time. Getting involved with Stewart was a nightmare, and it all got turned upside down for no reason necessary at all. What an idiot he looks like. Sadly, I don't recommend this place at all at this point. There are plenty other terrific injectors available. Let Stewart destroy his own business !! read more

I just booked my second appointment with Pure Radiance, and can't wait to work with Dr. Mack & Sandy again. I had a few skin colored moles on my face and the dermatologist here advised me to just let them be since they were natural and didn't stand out from a distance. I really felt self conscious about them, and once I discussed my concerns with Dr. Mack he said that they could be easily lasered off, and he even suggested just doing 1 of the 3 for now so I could see the results before committing to all three. The one was lasered off and healed very quickly. You can't even tell I had anything done, and I couldn't be happier, so now I am going back for the other 2. Also during my last visit I had some botox for the lines between my eyes and above them, the results looked so natural and again you couldn't even tell I had anything done. Going back for more botox as well. Never felt pressured, and they answered all of my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed. Very cute and clean spa and I am so glad I have a trusted source for skin care and aging treatments. read more

The physician is VERY hands off and forces you to only speak with or work with the staff. He is "too busy" to talk with you directly, but not too busy to take your money. Was not sure about the Hormones stuff and when I went for my consult I was fired up! I had a great diagnosis that was very thorough, the education from the staff helped me understand how the process worked and realistic expectations which by the way were greatly exceeded, and the actual process was smooth. I feel great and am looking forward to my next visit! ALSO, I was impressed that the people that took care of me also used hormones so they had real experience that made me feel good about it!
