I typically use them to start my tan before trips or when it is tan season. I was so excited to start my tan yesterday. The front desk lady then asked if I wanted to buy a package. I was extremely confused because I know I did not use my 20 sessions. The lady proceeds to let me know they have expired. I had six tanning sessions left. I was NEVER told they expired. There is no way I would throw away money or my six sessions like that. She said there's nothing they can do about it repeatedly. She also checked who sold me the sessions, and lets me know she doesn't work with them anymore. I asked to talk to a supervisor or manager. I was told the manager/supervisor would give me a call because they can't give her number out. She again said there's nothing we can do anyways. I have not heard from anyone. Again, I was not told they expired and lost 30% of my purchase. This is not okay.

I worked with Kelslee (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who is the Store Manager and she is a fountain of great information and "how to's" on the best steps to use the spray tan booth once in the private room. I loved the color she customized for me based on my cool undertones and veins and it looked very natural. My Mom didn't even know I got a tan and commented that my legs are finally looking tan a few days later so I finally told her! I was deathly afraid of getting the "orange Oom-pa-loom-pa glow" I've experienced before. I'd like to try their tanning booths too before I make a decision on which plan to choose from but I would highly recommend this location and the personal customer service here but especially working with Kelslee who was a delight.

My stylist was very good and professional. She did a great job of knowing exactly what I wanted even though I probably wasn't very articulate. Later my husband purchased a spa package for Mother's Day for me. The massage was fantastic. I fell asleep twice; I was super relaxed. Then I had a facial which was very refreshing and effective. They even have a mimosa between services.

It turned out to be the most expensive hair color correction of my life. I asked Dana for a cut and beige blonde color. 4 hours later I had some ridiculous mullet looking cut and the color? At one point it was clown red. Then yellow, orange and gray. I was obviously upset and Dana yelled at me it was my fault for being emotional!!! Who wouldn't with red, orange, yellow and gray hair that was supposed to be a normal beige blonde? I had to go to Rachel at Headmaster's for corrective cut and color. My hair ended up having to be cut so short it was a month before I could style it properly. And the cost??? $140 for corrective color and $75 for Redken products because my hair was SO DAMAGED from Dana's array of clown colors. Dana is actually a dental hygienist and I doubt she even has a certificate to be a hair stylist. Stay away from her!!!
