I love the peaceful grounding vibes throughout the place from the different treatment rooms, cozy quiet space (waiting area), aromas, coffee and tea bar and serene music playing. I like how a robe and slippers are provided to relax in. It definitely has a very fancy vibe which I wasn't sure about at first, but the whole experience has been good! Everyone is excellent at what they do. I highly recommend and will be saving up to come back again. Im honored to have them be the ones who were the first in allowing me experience these things.

I live in Los Angeles, and we were excited about relaxing and being pampered for a bit. Despite the fact that the spa sits in the midst of a complex with hard-to-find addresses and absolutely no signage outside, we managed to locate the place and arrive on time. From the moment we entered, it was obvious that something was off. The reception area was empty, save for a lone masseuse who casually walked past us without making eye contact, and a receptionist who continued her phone conversation for ten minutes before bothering to look up--no greeting, no "I'll be with you in a moment", no smile, no nothing. Seemingly oblivious to our presence, along with the fact that we were now running into our appointment time, she chattered on. When at last she hung up the phone, she looked up and asked if we were there for appointments. We confirmed that we were, and she informed us that, unfortunately, there was a problem. She stated that there was only one masseuse present (apparently the one who had completely ignored us when we entered) because the other one doubled as a midwife and had left to deliver a baby. (You can't make this up!) When asked why we hadn't been notified before our arrival, she stated that they had tried unsuccessfully to reach my sister's phone. Given that it was my brother-in-law who actually made the appointments, we asked if they had called him. No, they hadn't. No reason. She went on to state our options: one of us could receive treatment as scheduled, or both of us could either return later in the afternoon or the following day. Neither option worked for us, so we left. To be clear, I understand that unpredictable things happen. However, the chilly reception, the blatant rudeness we were met with from the moment we walked in, and the failure to contact us ahead of time left a very bad taste in my mouth. I can think of many ways I would rather have kicked off my final day of vacation in beautiful Tyler, Texas. If you're looking for a spa that will honor its appointments and treat you with courtesy and respect, I suggest you look elsewhere.

We have good PPO insurance and our deductible is met obviously considering its the end of the year. They made him pay $171 for the visit. He tried to tell them it couldn't be right but they wouldn't listen. He left and called blue cross who called them and they said he should have been charged 26$ so blue cross called epiphany and told them that. They said they refunded it. Well refund never came and they never gave an amount. I called today and waited on hold for billing for 20 minutes once I got billing here is what I was told. A lot of the time they can't pull it up to find out what insurance says is owed or if deductible is met. Front desk and billing are not allowed to process refunds so all the girl could do is send a note to billing and they did nothing with it because according to the billing person "they can't process them either." She had to ask a manager or something to be able to refund the large amount owed back. I have health issues and go to docs constantly and ive never seen anything like this. Most offices run your insurance before you even get there. Epiphany waited till check out and apparently "aren't able to pull it up a lot of the time." And then no one can refund it and they also ignore the fact a refund is owed because they can't process it. Not going to deal with this again. I spent 35 minutes on the phone and this was my 4th time trying to get someone that could help. Edited to add that they harass you after you write an honest review. When the billing girl said all of this I asked for clarification repeatedly and told her if this is really how they operate I would share a review and she said it was. Theres two locations and initially I put the review on the wrong one. They called, I immediately fixed it. Following that they called my husband 6 times asking him to have me take it down. How about you work on fixing the issues in your business instead of harassing someone that shared their honest experience.

I had a terrible experience with the PA Named Paige, a young woman who looks as if she stepped out of high school and clearly has no experience in this field. Here is my review of my appointment yesterday: Worst experience with a dermatologist ever. The PA was incompetent and fairly arrogant. She took a Quick Look at my forehead and began to tell me options like burn it off, cut it out, all available after saying it COULD be precancerous. For her to immediately start listing money making procedures without really examining me felt very wrong. Then she put the decision back in my lap, basically to tell her what I wanted done. How could I know without a more thorough explanation of what was going on? We had been together all of 5 minutes. I questioned her about maybe it was this or that...she argued that it was not this because of scales.....but nothing else. I wanted to ask about chlorine from swimming as our pool had been heavily treated recently, but there was o discussing ideas with her. After a brief pause, she asks me to decide what I wanted to do, I asked her," are you asking me to diagnose and decide treatment?" She answered somewhat annoyed, " Well, I can decide for you." I did not have enough information to answer her question so we sat In awkward silence for a few moments. Then she offered to prescribe a steroid cream, At that point, I told her I did not feel comfortable with her and would be going elsewhere. We left immediately. I did not really want to see a PA, but was told at the time of making the appointment that Dr. Lambert was not available. This place will be loosing a lot more patients if you push them off on this PA.

TERRIBLE Customer Service and timeliness…read more I just left a bad experience with Katy at the Pink Rose Non-toxic Nail Salon in Bullard Texas. Prior to my appointment I received a text from Katy saying she was going to be 20 minutes late. I reluctantly agreed, knowing it would push my own commitments back. I arrived at the salon on time, for my original appointment time. Katy stated she would be with me in a "few minutes". 25 minutes later, I asked how much longer it was going to be. She stated 5 or so more minutes. Finally, she was done with her previous appointment who had arrived late, which was the reason my appointment was pushed back. This salon has a strict on-time policy for clients; If you are late, late cancel, or no show, they cancel your appointment and charge you half the fee. When I stated that respect goes both ways, and asked Katy why the same on time policy did not apply to service providers, she became defensive. She stated she had let me know she was running late, and asked if she should have cancelled my appointment. I replied that she should have applied their stated policy to her previous customer who was late. Katy completely disagreed with this, and then said my appointment was cancelled. I stated that I completely agreed, and left the salon. I will not return, and definitely do not recommend anyone else patronize The Pink Rose Non-toxic Nail Salon in Bullard, Texas, either.

They were so very helpful, assisting me in choosing my services as well as the colors that would compliment my daughters wedding colors. I have never been to a salon where the service was so accommodating and attentive. They did a phenomenal job and my mani/pedi not only lasted through all of the wedding activities, the colors they helped me choose were absolutely perfect for the big day!
