Something really special was that Jess helped me to coordinate an amazing surprise for all my guests. For the past ~2 months (approaching 3) we've received no responses to multiple emails and voicemail messages, despite repeated attempts to confirm details and next steps for our wedding date. At this point we have no clear confirmation that services will be provided and multiple links on their website are broken. The contract we received focuses heavily on client payment requirements, but does not clearly explain what happens if the vendor fails to deliver or becomes unreachable, which has made this especially stressful while planning a wedding. I wanted to share this so other couples factor in the current lack of communication before booking. On a side note, it appears as though their business license has been suspended for tax issues.
