Buyer beware!!! You would think someone who has been doing hair for 30 years would be better at communicating. I came in to touch up roots and cover gray. She suggested adding lowlights to my highlights. She didn't tell me she was only covering over the existing highlights and not going up to the root where the new hair had grown. On top of that, she didn't cover my gray. See pictures below. I went back to have her fix it. She covered the gray but informed me if I wanted to fix the lowlights, I would have to pay $60 additional. I don't know but she has really poor customer service skills. She just keeps adding more money to what I already paid when she didn't do it right in the first place. What bothers me the most is her attitude and unwillingness to make it right without price gauging me. read more

Very nice The impression I got was I was entrusting her to do my hair how I had told her what I wanted it to look like I even sent her pictures I asked for a balayge which I will attach the picture that I asked her when I wanted it to look like and I did have gray in the front so after it was all said and done she did put a lot of dark in my hair and processed what I had that was already highlighted and just worked with that and per her promise she stated give it a week give it a couple washes if I don't think there's enough blonde or light that I could come back and she would totally do it at no charge so as you can see I'm going to add the picture of what my hair is now which is way darker than I originally went in with I should have just asked for highlights.. because now my head is completely dark brown You cannot see any of the balayge so I texted her and told her that if I could come in because I don't see a lot of the blonde I don't see any light strands and she said no problem she will put some in because it did not look like a balayge so I sent her a picture of what it should have looked like and now she's stating that covering my gray was an extra charge but she did it for free which the minute I sat in that chair she should have explained all of that also she's now taking back what she promised telling me that she thinks I should go elsewhere because if I want anything else done it's going to be extra and I went there and I had to wait 35 minutes past my time and then another client came and she had to sit out in the hallway for 40 minutes not good !! read more

5 ! Finally after looking for months for a hairstylist who understood what I wanted and knew how to cut my hair just the way I wanted it. Great cut and color! I never go to anyone cold, I've had too many bad experiences with people that claim they know color, only to walk out with orange highlights instead of blonde.
