I called the business and it went to voicemail. no big deal. I then called the number in the email. a person picked up, and when I explained why I was calling, they blatantly hung up. so I called the business back again and the call went straight to voicemail. it's a shame because the reviews seemed promising. but will be taking my business elsewhere. No way he was returning after such a botched job and being insulted by your worker because she was couldn't have enough confidence and grace to admit her faults. Management supports a hairdresser insulting a teens mental health? The actual professional hair stylist who fixed his hair was mortified at what you did. Spare us the well wishes and claims of professionalism. The poor treatment of a teenager, the non existent perm and botched haircut and claims you deserved a payday because we wouldn't comeback to endure more mistreatment by an offensive "stylist" spoke for themselves. I ended up having to purchase extensions just to get some of my length back, which has been frustrating--especially after spending $80 on the cut itself. She's so sweet, professional, very knowledgeable on eyelash extensions, and super QUICK. I'm in and out under an hour every time. Anyone who has ever gotten eyelash extensions knows it can take anywhere from an hour to 1.5 hours. Sometimes longer than that. I love how natural my lashes look. OTher places I've gone to would add too much of the extensions and it gives me that sleepy look which I don't like. I want to look awake dammit! lol. My lashes last me about 4-5 weeks before I start looking crazy with my lashes pointing all different directions. I would definitely recommend her.
