Despite asking them for a few moments, he appeared annoyed and continued to ask about the shape and color. As the tech did my nails, I noticed he kept filing and shaving, going back and forth between hands. My mother, who was getting a fill-in across from me, had finished, and he was still shaping. We were seated at the same time. Mind you, an hour had passed, and there was not a color in sight. In the least rushed way possible, I asked how much longer it would take until he was done. He easily said 10 minutes (as he was still shaping) and proceeded. Thirty minutes later, he finally finished. The color, beautiful. The shape, close enough. The lengths, varied. My right middle nail is noticeably shorter than the others. Also, the skin around my cuticles became incredibly dry and chapped. Overall, my set was acceptable, but the hour and a half it took was not. As we went up to pay, they came out to be $55? Their services claim $45 and up, yes, but I did not request any special shape or design, which would have caused the upcharge. Not the worst nail salon in the world, but be wary of an experience like mine.

It lasts about as long as any regular manicure, and they haven't really hurt or cut me like some other places have. They are a bit understaffed though.

Very quick. 4 weeks later I met her again, however she might have been there physically but it was obvious mentally she was not. Her solution "get them lasered off"! Because of previous pigment or so that's her reason. When someone that has experience will come up with the best solution and try different options. My brows Everytime with the previous technician took and last 3 1/2 years and two years this time before tabi. Here is the issue I have. Brows are the first thing people see when they see your face. You should work with your client to come up with a solution, they are other ways to do brows and those options should be talked about, like she said she used on other clients. The quick stop appointments I offered to pay over and over again , she said no worries. Either she doesn't have the experience that she seems to claim or whatever else. You don't want to be bothered so now you're blaming another technician. 100% I know she did not put the pigment in deep enough. Now my brows are completely uneven. My brows are not even close to being the same. I tell her she gets pissed and that's it. You're messing up someone's face. I wouldn't recommend.
