I've seen this practice many times. I'd say they are…read moremarginally helpful but the customer service is lacking. Id say over half the time I had to wait . The appointments are short and she charges $95.00 for maybe 15 to 20 mins and does not take insurance. I was 5 min late yesterday and was verbally chastised in her office like a child . I wouldn't have gone back after such treatment . I would not want others to be treated with such arrogance either I never felt that what she did was anything more than basic adjustments and weird sales pitches every single time to buy buy buy supplements and products. My mom has the same experience and stopped going to this practice years ago. I know there are better options in the area like Dr Haley.

The morning of I called to schedule a manicure and pedicure as well for after lunch. I arrived an hour before my massage (9am) to enjoy all that the spa had to offer. Don't forget your swimsuit so you can enjoy everything. Upon my arrival, I received a quick tour and my locker, robe and slippers. I changed into my swimsuit, robe and slippers and started in the eucalyptus steam room (which is absolutely amazing). Next I took a quick dip in the cold plunge pool, next was the sauna followed by another dip on the cold pool and relaxed in the hot tub until it was time for my massage. The hot tub is wonderful and has a fireplace behind it (very relaxing). My massage was absolutely fantastic. They offer several "enhancements" / add ons and I chose the firming butter...wonderful. I asked for deep tissue and I made sure to let the front desk staff know that this was the best massage I've ever gotten. Hands down the best. By this time it was lunch time so I scanned the spa lunch menu but nothing sounded great. I got changed back into my clothes and headed to Gaby's by the Lake restaurant for a quick lunch with a view. After lunch I headed straight back to the spa and spent the next 2 hours repeating my steam room, sauna, hot tub and plunge pool until I was absolutely relaxed and headed to the relaxation room to wait for my mani/pedi. They have coffee, tea and water in the relaxation room so I enjoyed an espresso and magazines. No one told me however that for my nail appointment I needed to be downstairs in a different waiting area. Thankfully someone came up to find me and escorted me down. Great mani pedi with extra attention paid to my hands which I appreciated. When you book a nail service here you get to keep your nail polish. Since I had two services I got two bottles of polish, all of my manicure equipment (file, buffer etc) which was a nice touch and not expected. The only thing I wish was that the co-ed area where there is a huge pool and another hot tub had been open but unfortunately it was all closed for renovations. It will be amazing when done. My 6 (yes six) hours at the spa were the best and I will absolutely do it again should we return to this area!!

You are able to use the facilities and everything that they offer when you go there so take the bathing suits and enjoy your entire day there. My wife and I had a couple massage and when I say it was the best treatment I really mean it. There was a point where the massage was so great that I had fallen asleep! This spa is probably the best spa my wife and I have experienced. Again yes it's expensive but if you are able to splurge and really want a great spa go here. You will enjoy yourself and leave relaxed! Worth every penny!

The actual business is very small, but very clean. We were promptly taken back to the massage room and told where to put our belongings. When they entered the room and immediately started the massage, I was a little taken aback, I'm used to having a consultation prior to any professional massage I've ever had. I stopped her and said that my husband and I would prefer upper body only, she informed me that it's a full body massage, I asked for then an upper body focus - they definitely did this and I was grateful as that was the area my husband and I both need focus on. I struggle greatly with upper back/neck tension due to stress. I have horrible knots and my therapist did a wonderful job at working out my tight areas with minimal discomfort. My husband had stone balls used on his back - he said it felt wonderful. Both of us felt incredible afterwards. You can't beat the price - less than $200 for a quality hour long couples massage including my tip is unheard of with the chain businesses. I only take off the star for some lack of communication and there were multiple instances where the therapist left the room for a moment without communicating why. Other than that - we had a wonderful experience and I recommend!
