We've always relied on this location for our water needs, their customer service is top tier and always extremely helpful! 5/5 stars without question! Debit and credit cards are welcomed but cash is preferred for this small business so I tend to bring cash with me when I have to fill up our jugs of water. This is my go-to place for alkaline water! The shop is inside a plaza with ample parking. Whenever I go, there's no wait at all to use get some water. They follow great COVID protocols which include people wear masks, stay 6 ft apart, and wear gloves (if you don't have gloves, they have some extras you can use). There's also a barrier between the cashier(s) and customers when paying. They also sell water containers if you don't have your own water container. The space itself is ALWAYS clean. There are four stations for alkaline water and about eight stations for regular water. In addition to water stuff, they sell healthy snacks. The staff is extremely friendly as well as eco-conscious. I went yesterday on World Vegan Day, which they were celebrating by closing early. I came right as they were closing, but they still let me in to fill my jug. They weren't mad or anything. I came in to fill up on water. I didn't expect to get my wallet filled up also! All in all this shops awesome! The owner's very friendly likes to joke with you. The price is awesome and the store is kept neat and clean. This really beats the other water stores that i've been to in the past. TLDR: Super clean, open store. Friendly owners. 24 hour machines outside. I've never thought about leaving a review for a water place because they're usually all the same. You go in, you get your water, you pay, you leave. But this place had EXCEPTIONAL service. And I'm all for mom and pop shops. My husband and I typically go elsewhere to refill our water jugs, but I was alone and running late, so I decided to stop by the closest store. So glad I did. The place was cute - bright and open unlike the stores we usually go to - ones that are kind of cramped, sometimes smell funky. You know the places, the ones with random stuff for sale - vape stuff, knick knacks. This is place is just straight up water and snacks. The owners are super, super nice. Younger couple. The wife decorates the place herself with her DIY projects. Somehow we got to the topic of aging pains, I told them that I have lower back problems, and the husband helped me load everything in to my car and refused a tip. Anyway, water is water, but the atmosphere is way nicer and the owners are friendlier than any other water store we've been to. We have a new water spot now. :) read more

When it comes to water, many like to argue that all water is water; no difference in taste. I disagree! Water does in fact taste different from one brand to another, from one lactation to another BUT what can make the water taste even better; is the service you receive from those that represent their brand or business. We used to go all the way to Mountain View thinking that their service was great and prices until one day we decided in looking for once for a local shop, and OMG are we glad we found PW&I!!!! From day one, they have been welcoming and who are very attentive. Owners are great, prices are very competitive and the service given makes the water taste better! They have 24 hour service with their machines right outside (better than those plug ins outside retailer directly connected to hose) for those late night filtered water needs. Been coming here for almost 6 months now. They do a prepaid system which make it super convenient to get water. It's affordable, for 30 dollars you get 100 gallons I think plus they sometimes have promotions if you sign up for a prepaid card. I was next door at the ups store dropping off some packages. While leaving I noticed the sign at the place "Hawaiian shaved ice." Pregnancy in the summer's got me craving ice all the time. So I was extremely happy and excited to finally find a local place that sells shaved ice! I got a small for $2. Unfortunately they don't accept card purchases under $10 so I had to buy a water bottle to make up for the difference but it's all good. I could put the bottle to good use at home. Now that I've found my guilty pregnancy pleasure I will be coming here more often for the shaved ice!
