Not sure who i talked to because who ever picked up did not introduce themselves or the business it was just "HELLO", i had to ask if i am calling the right business. I am assuming it was Ammar because of the name mentioned in the reviews. I asked for quote regarding an install and the system, he asked me about a water softener. I mentioned that my city unfortunately does not allow salt and i would have to go with no salt filtration. Before i can go into further details, he quickly cut me off and said sorry MAN i don't carry that sorry MAN. I wanted to ask about installation if i get my own unit but i felt i was getting brushed off it and he seems to be in the rush to get of the line with me. Hope everyone else will have a better experience than i did. Maybe today wasn't a good day.

Of course I yelped a few places and I had people come to my house and quoted me but I eventually end up going with Crystal Water Line. Ammar, the business owner is super helpful and his communication with me was great! I even referred him to my moms house and she did it too! So I am glad ...he was able to give her a deal! And her house was built in the 80's too! He even brought her bags of salt for the water softener and showed her which I really appreciate cuz shes in her 70's and not trying to have her carry those heavy bags! Good work!! appreciate what you did for my mom. Also the salt bags are on sale at Home Depot so I got the minimum of 5 as he informed me that the tank needs about 5 bags. I highly recommend him! and his services. Hes thoughtful and always answer my text, and I am pretty sure the same questions are always asked but hes so patient with me as it is my first time owning this type of water system. O yes the water has been really good too! so again Thank You!

Several HVAC and plumbing colleagues recommended LifeSource and so far I can say it was a great decision. Eric came to the house and assessed which model we needed. We live in a small condo so there was no overselling! He was a great guy who took the time to walk us through everything along with the upfront prices. Then a few weeks later (weeks was due to holidays but normally they would've came days after the first assessment), Sergio and Vince came by and installed everything in under two hours! Then they both walked me through what to do to get the best experience as well as troubleshooting tips. 10/10 experience, would do it again if I had another home.

I did my part. I was home, ready, and waiting. And waiting. And waiting. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting. No knock on the door. No phone call. No text message. No carrier pigeon. Nothing. Now, I completely understand that things happen. Jobs run long. Traffic exists. Emergencies come up. Life doesn't always go according to plan. But common courtesy is still free. A quick 30-second phone call saying, "I'm running late," would have been appreciated. A text saying, "I can't make it today," would have been even better. Instead, the message I received was loud and clear: my time wasn't important enough to warrant even the smallest amount of communication. It's always interesting when businesses expect potential customers to respect their schedules while showing absolutely no respect for the schedules of the people they're hoping will spend money with them. Needless to say, if this is the level of communication before they've earned my business, I can only imagine what customer service would look like afterward. Thanks for the estimate, Robert.     This is the first time I've purchased something like this through text messaging. I contacted De…read moreAnza Water Conditioning because I wanted a salt-based water softener (not a water conditioner) for my new townhome. The property is built on slab with an electric water heater. Kim was my online salesperson who reviewed photos of the area and confirmed the footprint needed, plus where the regeneration water was to drain. De Anza was running a special on the Kinetico S650 water softener which brought it close to what their competitors had for purchase and installation. The difference here is Kinetico systems don't require an electrical hook-up, you only need a water supply and a drain. Fast forward one week and Benjamin Rodriguez came over to perform the installation. Excellent work and even provided a hose bib if I needed to wash my car with soft water. Benjamin explained that the resin tanks won't need servicing for 10 years and only the pre-filter needs changing every 3-4 years which can be done by the owner (they provide a special wrench.) If you are thinking of a soft water system for your home, give De Anza a call, they are a small business and provide great service with quality low maintenance systems like Kinetico.
