Once deliveries finally began, I encountered ongoing billing issues. The company repeatedly withdrew money from my bank account, sometimes totaling more than $300 in charges. Whenever I questioned the charges, they pointed to a long list of junk fees. I've never seen so many junk fees on an invoice, especially considering they already charge $17.99 per bottle of water. To make matters worse, I was charged for water that was never delivered. Trying to resolve these issues was nearly impossible because it was extremely difficult to reach someone who had the time or ability to review my account and explain what was happening. Reliable delivery, accurate billing, and responsive customer service are the bare minimum expectations for a water delivery company. Unfortunately, Water World fell short in all three areas.
