They worked in my truck for 5 hours, getting every piece of salt and mud off my truck. Gave us waters, and offered to drive me and my wife to get some food while we waiting. I cannot warn people enough about this "business." I hired them for a detail and was told they'd arrive between 6-7 PM. Around 5:30, I let them know I had left the key in my truck since I was sick in bed and in and out of sleep. They responded that they'd arrive early. Instead, they showed up around 8 PM and didn't finish until 11 PM--though at least the dark gave them a convenient excuse for the quality of their work. They messaged me at 11 PM to say they were done, but I didn't see it until morning. At 7:30 AM, I reached out to confirm payment and said I'd go check the truck. That's when I discovered they had taken my key with them. I immediately asked where it was, and they casually said they'd bring it back around 4 PM. Absolutely not. They had no permission to take my key--my other fob wasn't working, and later we found out they had unbolted the battery. They eventually came back an hour later, but I'd already had to take my wife's car to get my son to a school field trip. When they did return, they didn't give the key back to her and acted like they had no idea why the truck wouldn't start. We called the police. Over an hour later, someone finally showed up and returned the key. A friend helped us look at the truck and found the battery bolts were missing--completely unsafe, and it had to be repaired. To make things worse, they lied to the police, claiming they never opened the hood. But we have video of them under the hood disconnecting the battery. On top of that, my remote start app flagged a time-stamped alert showing the battery was disconnected--at the exact time the video shows them under the hood. Yet they still told the police they never touched it. A responsible business would've sent a quick message after finishing: "We're all done, sorry for the late night. Here's payment info--check everything in the morning and let us know if you have any concerns. Thanks for your business." Instead, they stole my property, tampered with my vehicle in a dangerous way, lied about it, and have taken zero accountability and have gone as far as telling me I scammed them. It's honestly mind blowing and scary that people like this exist in our community. Stay far, far away. read more
