I haven't had a mani/pedi in quite some time. Today I treated myself to both. The nail salon is aesthetically pleasing and I love that they apparently use as an enclave to sanitize their equipment because it was packaged. Both of the ladies that did my manicure and pedicure were polite and attentive. I love that they didn't rush through my service. I got the classic manicure/pedi with gel polish. Nails? Amazing. Owner? GREEDY and rude. Came in for the first time and showed my nail tech a picture before anything to have an idea of the price. Asked for it to be simplified even after given the price so it wasn't as much being done. Owner at the end was demanding more than double I was originally quoted for. I offered to pay more than the price given because I appreciate the work but never once was I told it'd be more for this or that. She didn't want to honor the price I was given or even the increased amount I offered to pay. She got mad, argued and yelled over me about nail techs not making a lot (pay your people). I asked if she was gonna get paid more because she wanted to charge me more, if my tip was actually fully for my nail tech or not, that it wasn't right for her to double up price on an agreed upon design and length before the work, and in the end she shrieked at me not to come back which is a real shame seeing as how I really liked the work. read more

I can't recommend this place enough. I went in yesterday to get my nails fixed after having a horrible experience getting my nails done at another salon in Carrollton. When I walked in, I explained my situation and asked if it would be possible to simply remove the gel I had on, and have my gel redone in the design I asked for. They immediately jumped to action and had me seated with their lovely nail tech Ade (pronounced Ah-di). I let her know what had happened and showed her the design I wanted to be done. She was so kind to me, and I truly felt like she and the techs around us cared about making my experience as amazing as possible. They provided me with a margarita while I got my nails fixed, and Ade was so sweet to chat to! Once my nails were completed, some of the techs came up to see the finished work and complimented how nice they came out. Unlike the nails I walked in with. I was so happy! Which was a nice change of pace after crying over my nails the day before! I don't live in the area, but I'm planning to make this salon my new go to after work because I felt like the staff here truly care about everyone they're providing a service to. The tech that did my nails seem to be rushing when doing my nails, she didn't even bother to clean up my nails, they aren't filed smoothly or look even and the job just looks sloppy.. she Had to redo one of My nails because It looked like it w we as glued in crooked.. I am definitely not satisfied with my nails nor Was I impressed for my first visit.. I don't know if she rushed because I went in an hr in a half before closing.. I will be going back tomorrow so that they can at least fix or at least make them Cleaner and nice.. Definitely not worth the $50 +tip that I paid for.. read more

Worst experience. I came in a couple hours before closing and there were only 2 other people in front of me. The lady who assisted barely spoke English and it was extremely difficult to explain what I wanted. While the lady was doing my nails, she kept getting on FaceTime and taking calls, talking to the lady next to her. My nails were cricked and when I tried to explain this to her, she smiled and kept taking her call. If you care about quality.. keep driving. I will never come back here again. Slide in the door and across the floor, be sure to wash the clothes u wore, cause this place is nasty. The remote & the chairs were stickier then the kids daycare toys... The service sucked, but it was fast. Manicure & pedicure 38 minutes- wow! The good news is I can now use my pinky toe-nail to open FedEx boxes cause it's so sharp... I've been to this "spa" over a dozen times. I kept thinking that it was my fault that my nails were different lengths or some would fall off only a couple days after my appointment.. it was definitely not my fault.. when I would correct them when they were cutting my nails to length, they seemed frustrated and thought they could just speed past the process.. this is the most important part! I want all my nails to be the same length! Pedicures weren't any better, they would just rush the processes and again nails were the same length and my acrylics would fall off in a couple days... ladies please find somewhere else.. it may look reputable and be convenient but, trust, it's not worth it read more

If I can give this place a zero I would this is absolutely unacceptable I have never in my lifetime that I have been getting my nails done ever asked for a refund. I normally just suck it up and wait until I need to go back and get them redone. But this was just horrible I could not take it. I contacted the salon after I noticed my nails in the sunlight and I sent the owner the pictures through a text message that she requested. Once I did that she tried to tell me that, that was a fill and that happens when you get a fill. I proceeded to tell her that my nails were pretty much brand new and they were lifting and that I have had a fill before and they have never ever looked like this! So the gentleman that was helping me told me I did not need to take them off and that he could just do them the way that I wanted. So I did not ask for a fill they are the professionals so I trusted that they would do what needed to be done and do it the right way. She told me that I could come in anytime and she would get to me right away however when I show up after taking off work early to be able to make it on time she told me there was gonna be about an hour wait to help me and even at that she was not going to take my nails off and redo them she was going to paint over them. But I didn't want them to be painted I wanted them clear like the way I had them when I came in there. So needless to say I asked for a refund and she refused to do that for me and said that I would just have to get them painted so I spent $50 on these nails plus a tip and now I'm having to go less than three days later to another salon and pay another $50-$70 to get my nails done right. I've probably only have left two reviews since social media has started so it has to be really really bad in order for me to do this. Make sure when looking at the pictures I posted you can see the line where he did the fill by my cuticles and the old mail that he broke off and trimmed down under neath the acrylic. I will make sure that this business is known for what they have done and what they are going to do to other people. Do not bring your family or yourself to the shop because they are not going to take care of you and they do not care that you spend your hard earned money there to get a crappy service. read more
