Pedicure was great no complaints, but acrylics were horrible. The gentleman seemed to be in a mood and basically talked with the lady doing my pedicure the whole time. When he applied my acrylics they burned so badly, to the point of it being uncomfortable. Also seemed like he was in a rush to get with another customer. Rushed through the second end of my nails. BEWARE!!! I went in for the removal of my 3 week old nails & a full set 3/17.... The younger slim guy starts ripping my nails off....( I guess soaking was too much work??) mind you this place a EMPTY!!!! Dude RIPS off my left pinky nail....I'm bleeding them the opposite pinky gets shredded with a drill.... Constantly burning me with the drill & cutting my cuticles..... I'm bleeding again..... All I asked for was a nude short stilletto shape. BASIC. All the nails on both hands curves to the left..... Instead of the guy pre shaping them he grabs toe nail clips AFTER laying the hard acrylic to cut the ends into stilletto.... then start sawing at them with the nail file..... He was constantly on the phone...this was horrible yall, he didn't give a damn...... I tried to stay calm & guess what..... he charged me $55 saying it was discounted..... MY nails & cuticles are so sore & bruised....I STILL had to go home & shape them myself..... I normally NEVER complain to get a refund. I will NEVER return but I will today... Inflation is high My money is too precious... I'm tired of throwing away my too ppl who don't give a fxck.... read more

It hurts to wear shoes, it hurts to use the fingers that are cut. I was shocked that it happened multiple times and when I said something it was like they thought it was funny. I went to this place because I saw some of the reviews and they were good. So I decided to try it out. Well I had an appointment at 5 but I showed up 30 minutes early. The man that was working on my nails seem such in a rush while doing my nails. I have never had a manicure thurt so much. After he kinda finished one hand a lady came in and tried to finish the other hand but was unable. I spent about two hours in the salon for nails that hurt and are not done right. read more

i called this place and booked an appointment yesterday for a acrylic set and pedicure at 10:30 AM at the time they opened. I got there on time but somehow wasn't able to get my service done but 3 other white women were there that I'm pretty sure didn't place a 10:30 appointment were seated and taken care of. She had to ask for her water to be more hot a second time and they acted so upset like the world was ending or something. She asked for a pink tinted clear for her french tip and he said we only have it in gel. She flinched a couple times bc the lady was hurting her cuticles before she was cut deep like this. to me, the lady was upset she felt like my mom was being extra and got aggressive with the shit! The guy came to look and said do you want me to put the pink clear tint on top of your bloody cut?? Hold on.. now you have the color she asked for? I'm confused as yall can see this is ugly and he should have said let me give you 50% off her pedicure or something for HURTING the client. I didn't say anything and left a lil tip but you dont treat people with negative energy like that because you get paid to do a service. My nails were so cute, but I thought my pinkie nail tip was broken before she did my dip and she told me it wasn't broken and I said are you sure and she said yes, turns out I was right and it was broken because it has already broke and I got my nails done two days ago, plus two other nails have broken and cracked all while doing simple things like getting dressed and washing dishes. I don't know if their products they use aren't high grade materials but it seems to me that they're using poor quality dip and glue, etc. I don't even feel like going back to get them fixed just for them to break again so I'll be going to my old nail salon, just thought I would try them out from all the 5 star reviews they had and how they just opened.
