This used to be my go to nail salon for years. Went Saturday for the first time since the new management took over. Making an appt was easy, they even called me later to tell me I could come in earlier if I wanted. Very nice customer service. The nail job itself though was lacking. Unfortunately during my pedicure, the lady doing my nails nicked my big toe and it bled forever. She added some kind of powder and blue drops to stop the bleeding, but the combo of drops and powder was black and left a black residue all along the edges of my nail, leaving me looking like I had mud on my toe. :\ she apologized profusely but the dip/drops inevitably hardened into the polish in some areas in small dots and left it looking different than the other foot. I picked a pink gel color for my manicure and the next day it has a fair yellow hue in the middle but is pink on the edges. Almost like a mood ring (this was not a gel color with effects, it just dried this way.) but the color is very inconsistent, leaving me to believe the quality of polish has lessened somehow. My pinky toe on my right foot also had gel polish all around the nail itself that hadn't been trimmed, leaving very rough edges and looked very sloppy. I had to trim it myself with clippers once I got home. I still paid full price and tipped because the lady was apologetic, but unfortunately I won't be returning as spending $100 for lower quality of product/work, not just the nicking. UPDATE: after my review, one of the owners texted me and graciously offered for me to come back in for a free polish change. We confirmed the polish was the mood changing color but the precious owners had the colors mixed in with the normal gel colors without any separation of indication they were mood changing. The new owner stated she had since separated them to avoid future confusion. I went back in for the polish change and literally got the best manicure I've ever had. She did an incredible job and was very active in trying to fix the situation. Will keep going back there! read more

Linda was phenomenal. I am picky and very up front about it. I will tip well because of it. However it has always been hard to find someone who isn't offended by my pickiness. It's also hard to find someone who can give me a nail shape that suits my hand shape. Linda embraced my critiques and even asked me to tell her if I see anything I want changed. She was sweet & easy to talk with. Linda is a true expert. As someone who likes nail art, I always ask if the tech I am with likes doing nail art. She said she loves it. I showed her a blurry photo of something and changed the colors... she recreated it perfectly! Was $55 for a full acrylic set including 4 custom nail designs. read more

I recently moved down here to Texas.I was looking around to find a good nail salon that doesnt try to overprice you plus gives you the dream nails you asked for.I came by B&B nails when I was looking up Spa's.I texted the lady and she even informed me before of the prices and everything.I went in the next day very welcoming place.I was able to get a pedicure done while at the same time another lady did my acrylics.It was AMAZINGGG every worker in there created conversation with me.I have never felt so relaxed!It felt like a whole Makeover!I was out in no time and I only paid a little over $100 even though I had gotten designs on my nail.They gave me a discount for being a new customer too!I can not wait to go back for a new set!If you are looking for a nice Spa get away this is the place to go!Good prices and Great service! read more

The service I received today was disgusting, the whole time the stylist was being aggressive with my foot and he ended up cutting my cuticle and now its bleeding. When I asked for a different artist they told me he was almost finished so I had to let him finish, even though there were two vacant stylist that could have taken over and serviced me. In the end he could not draw the flowers I request even though I had already shown him an exact picture of the drawing I wanted on my toe nail and he agreed that he could do it. So I ended up getting a pedicure that I did not want with a messed up pinky nail on both feet, no nail art and a bleeding cuticle. I asked to speak with owner of the shop and all he did was say sorry about that and that the worker may have misunderstood me. I am very disappointed with the service and the quality of my nails today. I will no longer be going to this shop and would never suggest anyone else go there either especially if you are of mixed race and/ or black passing!!! read more

Wow....so the lady started my nails. I told her that one of the nails she glued on was pretty crooked. She pulled it off and replaced it. Then, out of nowhere said she couldn't finish my nails because she "won't be able to do it good enough." I'm literally in shock at this awful service. She left and started working on someone brand new and me and my mother are left with horrible nails. Never go here. I am speechless read more

The place is pretty, super clean and as a bonus the ladies are really sweet. they have all the required Covid protocols in place, a huge selection of nail polish, gel polish, and powders. I went and got a dip manicure with tips and they didn't even last me a week : ( I had asked for my cuticles to be cleaned up and the man just nodded and never touched them afterwards. One of my nails ripped in half which I have never had happen as well. read more

I stopped in the find out how much they charge for a pink and white fill. The lady looked at my nails and said 25.00 but I need nee nails because one of my nails was broken. I said ok. I made a appointment for the next day. I showed up, a gentleman sat down and said I'll do a fill for you. I said great. He said l will do pink here and white here and its 40.00. I got pissed and pulled my hand away, told him I was quoted 25.00 and just forget it, I'll go somewhere else. He and the girl started talking back snd forth ( l didn't understand them) the lady then explained that he wanted to do solar powder because it's better but is more expensive. I said no, if I had wanted that I would have asked for it. So he said ok I will do what you want. It took him 25 minutes to do my nails and they are uneven, the thickness is different on each nail and there is a visible difference on where he filled the nails!!!
