Went back the next morning after opening and she put another layer on a cracked nail with the crack very visible still, then told me that's all she could do and it was fixed. And she filed the sides down exposing my nail bed which was not visible beforehand. Not happy with this at all. Will not be returning.

I read through some reviews and went directly to their website to book an appointment. I am so glad I did because I had an amazing experience. And I don't say that lightly. But I truly felt welcome there. I selected "random" on the tech for the pedicure and hit the jackpot! Kayla is phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable with everything she did. She always asked if the water temperature was okay, if what she was doing felt good. And she was incredibly detailed clipping, filing, and polishing each toe nail. I'm not even kidding when I say this is the best basic pedicure and nail polish I've ever had. I love that she listened to me and understood that I don't like my toe nails cut too short or left too long. She got them to the perfect length and made sure to ask if I liked it. I decided to get Lashes and I was referred here from Colleyville Moms. My first full set hurt my eyes to blink into sleep. The lashes were glued to my skin and not onto my actual lash like it should be. I went one more time to see if the experience would be different. However, it was exactly the same but this time my lashes were clumped and they hurt so bad I went and tried to separate him, and as they separated, they came off in clumps, and you know how your lashes look when you don't have proper lashing lashes should be done as fans and not on top of each other. My lashes are ruined because of this and I am having to put lash serum back on. I think they need more training on how to place the Lashes they should not be touching the skin at all.
