I had asked for a deep red color with chrome on top. Every single one of the nails is a different length and thickness. I got them done 12 hours ago and they aren't nearly close to my cuticle. It looks like they're a week grown. The acrylic is uneven and bumpy. The nail artist didn't even check to see if I liked the work he was doing and was very clearly in a rush, so I never felt comfortable asking for any changes. I will be asking for a refund. read more

So I had let my daughter come and get her nails did past Saturday. She had ask for French manicure with acrylic nails even showed the women a picture how she would like them with the almond nail shape. When we arrived she had started on someone else's pedicure, right that moment I was about to lose it bc now she's giving us BS bc she don't want to fix my daughter's nails. Finally, Danny not sure if he's the owner or not said he would fix it for her so we waited over 40 mins to them redone. I am furious about this place and would never recommend anyone here. My appointment was for 5:30 for a dip fill I sat down and the tech took her sweet time wrapping my nails in the foil with acetone. Kept checking her phone, texting. I am currently in cosmetology school learning how to do artificial nails and quickly noticed my nail tech taking shortcuts With my set. She didn't prep my nail and when she applied the acrylic she only used one bead for the whole nail resulting in thin easy to break nails. Currently it has been 5 days since getting my nails done and I'm missing 3 nails on my left hand. I started breaking nails the day after I got them done and I expected to get at least a full week and a half out of this set. I mean I did pay 75 dollars and tipped 60. A few people recommended me this place but even with appointments they make you wait and when they make a nail crooked they won't fix it and say wait until the end. It'll still be crooked in the end and they'll just tell you to come back the next day to fix and you'll have to wait. I just went here on Friday for a walk in appointment. They were able to take me immediately and I was very grateful for that. I got a dip manicure done as well as a pedicure. I really like the way my dip came out, I asked the gentleman who did my nails to reshape them because the last salon I went to did not shape my nails well at all. I like the square tip nail shape he did for me. The pedicure was great. Compared to other salons for a regular pedicure, I felt he took his time and did a really thorough job. I would not recommend this place as the service was not professional nor suited for impeccable customer service. I was cut during my pedicure and was bleeding and had a stinging pain the next day. I have been coming here for 2 years now. I have always thought that their work is so rushed and they are very rude. Appointments are not "appointments" it's first come first serve. Their acrylic technique is awful they layer it thick on the nail which looks horrible if your thinking of getting short nails. I just came back from the salon and I am never going back. The lady who did my fill and color change did a horrible job. She made me bleed. I chose a dark color at first when she put it on one hand I didn't like it so I asked if I could change it, she rolled her eyes and started removing the color yet there was still left over. First time going to this place...I work in the mall and a lot of my customers go here, so I thought it couldn't be all bad. So my girls and I went together as a "mom daughter" trip. My daughter dragged me to pure lux and I just got basic manicure. As soon as I sat down I was barely acknowledged. The woman who was doing my nails and the two on both sides of her, talked in their language non stop. It was extremely annoying. The woman next me kept look at me like she was uncomfortable too. Besides that, she hacked away at my cuticles holding my fingers digging her nails into them. At least there was a good video of tv in front of me roo dull the pain as she continued to dig away at my fingers. Now and then I had to untwist my wrist from her holding it so painfully. When a different girl was going to apply polish and actually spoke to me in was so shocked. She asked if it was ok and I was grateful for actually communication!! And she was gentle!! First of all, their website says they close at 10pm. Me and my friend called asking if we could come in around 8-8:30, and they said sure! So we came in at 8:30 and were greeted with rolled eyes and snobby attitudes. They then proceeded to not talk or make eye contact with us the whole time, only to yell at us to come earlier next time! I tried to explain the miscommunication with the website and apologize, and I got ignored. How professional. Second of all, my friend was finished with her nails a solid 30 minutes before me and this is because they drilled my nails down so little and thin for so long it took an entire appointment time, literally my friend was getting hers painted and I still was dealing with the drill. My nails turned out okay after that, a couple misshapen nails but not a huge deal. My friends nails however came out horrendous, different shapes and lengths so bad that she had to go somewhere to get them fixed within two days. Honestly the worse nail salon I have ever been too. I have been getting my nails done for over 5 years. The nail techs are rude. They have no pride in there work and if you are dissatisfied they fight with you. Please read below of my experience. I recommend Radiant Nails and Spa off of exit 9s. You won't regret it. But go to this place and you will. I went to try them only because I needed my nails done last min(I forgot to schedule and appointment) and my usual person was booked. I was at the mall so figured they were a convenient option. They did a horrible job I got a fill with acrylic tip color change. The tech was rude when I mentioned the amount of residual color still in my nail when we was about to add the new color( a lighter color). He then with attitude filed it down more as he I presume talked about me to the other tech is whatever language they speak. I was so irritated I should have just left them but anyone with nails knows how thin they are after being filed down. I hoped at least the nailed would come out good. Unfortunately I was with friends and had plans right after getting my ails done I had no time to have them redo them then. I figured I would go back the next day and get them touched up. Instead I was fought with and told the nails liked fine and no one could do them better. Well no one there anyways. I asked them to either fix the nails so they at least looked decent or refund the money I paid. One women said they would refund my money but would need to remove my nails and pulled out clippers. Clearly she is crazy to think that removing a set of acrylics with clippers would ever be allowed. And then I would o my receive the price I paid for a full and would need to pay more to go to my normal person and get a new full set done with damaged nails. Please reconsider going to these horrible nail techs and take your money to a quality establishment that will take pride in there work and fix your nails if you are not satisfied. This was my second time getting my eyebrows done here both were very disappointing. The first time the lady waxed my mothers under lip without her consent then charged us for it. The second time which was today 5.12.18 I got my eyebrows "waxed" but she never asked me what I wanted before waxing she just did what she felt like doing. I went back in to have them fixed and told her I wanted an arch she over plucks the middle and calls it an arch. When I got my acrylic nails on last week, the person doing my nails made multiple comments about my color choice, I always do my nails black or gray, she said "really? Black?" But did them. One middle finger nail broke in a day as the acrylic nail wasn't placed closely to my cuticle enough and it made a point of weakness then the next middle finger nail broke a couple days later. I went back in to get those fixed and the rest of my nails filled as after a week they looked like they were 2-3 weeks grown out. When I went in I got the same comment about the black nails when I picked the color. Then was told it would be more money to put the fill closer to my cuticle, I said no I'm not paying more. At the end she had still charged me more and when I stepped into natural light my nails were navy not black. I called told them I'll need to come in for a color change, the lady said I dont do black and hung up on me. I called again and asked to talk to anyone else and I have an appointment with a different technician on Saturday morning so I'll see how that goes.
