The store was large with cool lounging spaces They take appointments My pedicure was just ok. I didn't get a nice leg or foot massage Mani was just ok. I had the worst experience here!!!! The service I got was a gel pedicure, they cut me three times and then immediately after spray acetone onto the open wounds to get it to stop bleeding. They barely talked to me, the only things they said were Hello, asked me what color I wanted and that I was all done. I definitely do not recommend going there!!!! read more

went in for a spa pedi. woman was so busy talking to the other nail tech that she only massaged one foot. no hot towels. no callus removal. she had to dip her brush in acetone several times for each toe! I will not be returning. there are too many other choices. read more

My husband and I had pedicures today at this little salon and want to say how pleased we are with the experience. Not a criticism, but communication is a little difficult as these ladies have pronounced Vietnamese accents and we are hard of hearing. Nevertheless, communication was still possible with effort on both parts. Thank you for a wonderful job on our feet. read more

I had to ask about 5 times for the pedicure water to be warmed up because it was ice cold. During the pedicure I was left sitting twice because the person doing my pedicure was also responsible for answering the phones. He also told me how bad of shape my feet were in and that I should really come back in a few weeks for another pedicure. I'm the first to admit when my feet are in rough shape but it had been four weeks since my last pedicure... I don't appreciate getting negged in an attempt to drum up repeat business. My toes came out great but my cuticles were flooded in a couple of places on my hands. I'll probably redo the manicure at home. read more

I love this place so much! My nails are always beautiful and people always ask me where I go. The whole staff is very friendly and fabulous at what they do. I always find just the colors I have in mind and even the designs I want. I live about 20-35 minutes away and happily drive here during rush hour. I can get a fill, with gel polish, and little gems on two fingers for under $40! Even if this is a little but of a drive or they have a wait, please take the time to go in. I went to this place for the first time the day before my wedding. Me and all my bridesmaids had french mani/pedi's. They did an awesome job and everyone loved how it came out. My only complaint is that my nails turned a horrible shade of yellow overnight. (I guess you are not supposed to go tanning with acrylic nails) I didn't know this, and no one told me differently. I was a panic the morning of the wedding, and I called them. They told me to come in (Which was inconvenient because I live about 45 minutes away). A man was finishing up on a pedicure and told me to have a seat in the chair next to her. He quickly rubbed some nail polish remover on it and needless to say... it looks great again. He threw on a topcoat and I was on my way. Apparently the pink coat they put on french nails tends to turn them yellow with too much sun exposure. They didn't charge me anything for fixing them. I just wish they would inform their new clients about proper acrylic nail care. I also wanted to add that the price was very affordable. With a 20% tip included my total cost for a french mani/pedi and acrylic nails was only $68. I've paid a lot more then that for a regular mani/pedi. I would definitely return to this nail salon again. :-) read more

I had an appointment yesterday. I drove 1 hour got out early from my job so I could be there in time and when I arrived there CLOSED. I call them first thing in this morning. They told me they had nothing for yesterday ( I had book with 2 weeks in advance, thinking I would avoid any trouble) well they told me I could go this morning but the girl that I want won't be there. I went and it was just awful. You can see by the pictures I did pedicure and mani. My feet are all cracked very bad scrape/sanding. My nails are full of skin around. I did my pedicure there before but this time was just horrible service. Besides after all what happened. read more

I love this place! They remember you when you pop in. They are the best place I've been to for removing gel/shellac polish. I always get 2 weeks out of a gel/shallac polish. The techs are friendly and helpful when you are too overwhelmed by selection to pick a color. read more

I have tried this salon SEVERAL times and usually come away a little disappointed. The only thing going for them is their employee Cindy. She is fabulous. My in-laws started going for an occasional pedicure and about 3 weeks ago they went and my father in law came away with NUMEROUS abrasions on the bottom of one of his feet. They went back the next day to show what had happened (the OWNER) did his feet. She apologized briefly and told him he had bad skin! He is an 85 year old man! She KNEW what she had done because she put some salve on the areas afterwards. THANK GOD he isn't a diabetic or have some vascular diseases! I called Moonlight nails for a pedicure for two people. I was told to come in at 4:20P. We arrived a few minutes before our time to a full house. We were told to pick out our colors and were escorted to two chairs. We waited about 15 minutes with our feet in the water. Finally, the pedicures started. Two women came and and they were escorted to the pedicure chairs. One started to complain and say she had to leave after waiting about 15 minutes. There was a big discussion amoung the workers (not in English). Lotion was applied to my legs and not even rubbed in and my technician scooted away on her chair to the complaining woman-leaving me stranded. My daughter's technician then scooted away to give the complaining woman's friend a pedicure. We both sat there for another 20 plus minutes. Finally the technician returned once the other women were finished. She never rubbed in the lotion-just painted my nails in 5 minutes, the other smudged my daughter's nails due to hurrying. I paid in cash and left no tip. Victor asked me, "You'll come back, right?" NEVER! Horrible customer service. I should have walked out. read more

I have been going to this nail spa for years and I have to say that they are going down hill!! The last time I went I actually had to go somewhere else to have my nails fixed. The acrylic nails were put on wrong. The lady that did my nails was more concerned with who walked in the door and called on the phone to pay much attention to me. I have been here several times for pedicures. They seem vey accommodating and always able to fit me in. The place is clean and does not have any of the usual chemical smell that nail places have. Once, I broke a toe nail and went in to see what to do and they were able to fix it and didn't charge me. Everyone I have encountered has been nice and results have been good. read more

Kim is the BEST! She did an amazing job on my nails. Got white acrylic tips and they look REAL, nice and thin and shaped perfectly.

i went here yesterday and the older woman butchered my acrylic nails and hurt my skin/cuticles. the gel job was horribly done. i looked like a had poorly painted purple claws.in the middle of doing my nails, she stopped to watch tv.i ended up having to say "excuse me" a few times.She tried to over charge me for the hack job she did. i called today, asking for them to correct it, and they did. The older woman tried to charge me to get her bad job fixed. im not spending extra money on some one who tore my skin and hurt me, when theyve been doing this for 20 years. There was an older gentlemen, who was well informed about skin and nails, that worked there, and recomended a better polish brand and explained why i should choose that brand. he was gentle and very nice. Dj did my nails and recomended some in expensive skin products, or at home stuff i could use, and he was an amazing nail technician. (also gave the best hand massage ever) I dont recomend coming here EVER., theyll just tear your skin and make you come back. btw, im just adding the extra star outve kidness for the two niced other male staff, i dont know how this salon manages to stay open read more
