I went in today because my bo stopped working. They tried to fix it and nothing. They asked me what i charged it with and i had been using the pod from my i phone. I had fried my last bo and bought this one Monday. They let me know that i can't use that pod bc it will fry the battery. It was my fault clearly for frying the vape and they simply just replaced the mod and didn't charge me even though it was my fault. They even gave me a new pod to charge it on so it doesn't happen again. They were so nice about it and made the whole thing so easy. Another good thing is there point system. So when i buy juice it adds points so eventually you get money off. This is best vape store i have found in south jersey as I've been to a few bc i tend to have bad luck with my vapes.
