You cannot drive on the road unless you play chicken with oncoming cars. You cannot walk out of the coffee shop or store without weaving between the vehicles because they're in front of the doors. No one enforces anything until someone gets hit. And I have seen a lot of near misses. The stores pay a lot to be there . And they get no safety for their patrons. IT iS RIDICULOUS.
