While I appreciate how kind she was, because of my sensitive skin and the condition my face was left in, I unfortunately will not be returning. The lounge is always clean, the customer service is wonderful, and everyone here genuinely knows what they're doing. Tara is usually the one who does my waxes, and she is amazing!
