I told my boyfriend, who had never had a massage before, that when the person is massaging an area and you can feel the "knot" or tenderness yourself and they go back to that area to work on it... That is one of the biggest signs of a good massage therapist! So I was so happy to hear when he came out of there talking about how she did just that... She's knowledgable and relatable and fantastic at what she does!!! You have to try her out!!!!

When I first started my sessions, I was dealing with severe stiffness, limited mobility, and constant post-surgical pain. Thanks to her incredible expertise, I have seen a dramatic turnaround in my healing progress. Bouchra has a deep, thorough understanding of anatomy and rehabilitation. She knows exactly how to work around surgical areas safely while still targeting the deep muscle tightness and scar tissue holding me back. Every single session is tailored precisely to how my shoulder is feeling that week, balancing therapeutic relief with genuine comfort. Beyond her technical skill, she is exceptionally kind, intuitive, and encouraging. Her weekly care has not only restored my range of motion and reduced my pain, but it has also given me the confidence I needed to push through a tough recovery. I cannot recommend Bouchra highly enough to anyone navigating post-surgery rehab or looking for a truly elite massage therapist. She is a vital part of my healthcare team.

Massage was very comfortable and in a quiet and relaxing setting. The only downside which is just the way the mall is structured( or I'm just very directionally challenged) is that I had to run around to find the storefront. Not anything to do with the business, but just heads up for those looking for the place who are relying on Google Maps.

I explained to her that I work at a computer and that I'd like for her to focus on my back & shoulders to correct any imbalances. I don't really care for getting my legs and feet massaged (personal preference). She addressed my neck, back, and shoulders with a deep tissue massage. I felt her hitting all of the knots and releasing them. There was pain, but it was the "good pain." I was so relaxed that when she asked me to roll onto my back, it took me a second to collect myself and understand what she wanted me to do. haha. Anyway, I have greater range of motion in my neck and my muscles feel more relaxed. I would certainly return to Kelly for future massages. She is sweet and has a sense of humor which is great! Some people don't get my sarcasm and it's boring when people don't get it. But Kelly made me feel comfortable by speaking my language. haha Thanks, Kelly!

The parking is trippy the building config is deceptive..don't park in Mexican Restaurant parking..will get towed..the driveway for the medical building parking is a narrow driveway leading to the back,on either side of the building. . Got there on time. Are you Katherine.?.Yes..handed a clipboard and asked to fill out info. Took 5-10 mins..led to massage room..so do you want an all over body massage? I instead told of the areas I wanted work on, neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, feet if time permits. The room itself is nice and dark with low light. Comfy table..nice smell, music choice I liked. The only distraction was the A/C fan that is loud..not relaxing to me..but I eventually got used to it..it also would turn off at times. Massage wise the pressure was perfect. Felt great on the parts she worked on. However I felt she worked on some body parts alot more than needed and not enough on other parts.. regarding my feet got pressure points pressed but no massage. Would I come back? Maybe..but I'd have to be more vocal as to what I wanted done before and maybe during the massage. Also I felt like the massage was perfunctory. Didn't get the sense she wanted me as a client.. Was given a coupon for a future massage for $50..may/ may not use it.
