I called Ara because I bought a house and, as soon as I got the keys, discovered it smelled! Ara was friendly and informative. He ended up finding moisture in the ceiling using his thermal imaging device. His team dried out the insulation and cut and replaced the drywall. Process was about 7 days and his pricing is competitive. He was very communicative through the whole process, and shared great documentation of the various steps. Very clean work and the repair in the ceiling looks seamless. My only comment would be that the house smells just as bad after the job as before, despite the process including an ozone generator. I was in process of mitigation for a crawlspace hot water leak. Due to the $14,000 price tag (for 2 of 3 phases only), I opened a claim with my insurance company (which is now closed). I felt unsettled with the photos and report I received from the mitigation company after phase one. It caused me to do hours of my own research. I put the project on pause. While running errands, I happened upon a Puro Clean truck.
