They do a very good job at spraying the car down first and the was did a great job bit the sap was still on the car. They has two signs at the exit. One said Free Hand towel drying around the side and the if not happy run it through again. We did and unfortunately the tree sap on the battle after they sprayed and tired rubbing the sap off. I have been to many car washes around the state and I have to admit it's one of the better one's. If your in the area in need of a car wash pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

However, my car wasn't cleaned after two $20 washes . I got all the way home and noticed my car was still dirty so I went back and they let me back through for free and still no difference.
