I spoke with a woman over the phone and she was so insanely rude and condescending for no reason, that I will absolutely not be spending a cent at this business. I have never been treated so poorly by someone for just asking a question. Racist owner!!!! Go elsewhere. Scammer. Story time: We brought a piece in and was quoted $25 for the stitching. I specifically asked do they charge for the stitch count? The man said it'll be $25 didn't matter since our embroidery design was so small. He was very helpful. We left a second piece just in case of any mishaps. Never received a call that it was finished. We went in 2 days later. The man we worked with wasn't there unfortunately, it was the actual owner, Patrick Scammington 1) They couldn't find the order. 2) finally found it. Then the owner Patrick rang us up for $135! (He said it was for digitizing the embroidery) This is exactly the example of how unprofessional and how they don't have it together here. We sent in the digitization to them via email. He didn't apologize for the mistake he made. He was so confident he did that! 3) He had one of his workers ring us up again. Total $55 (two pieces). At this point he couldn't even find the second piece that he himself touched and took out. Mind you we only wanted one piece. But he wanted to charge us for two. He was so sure that we stole the second piece he went to his cameras to try and find the footage. First of all, if we wanted to steal why would be standing there waiting to pay? He was so upset and flustered that he couldn't find the footage he wanted. I asked can we just pay for the one piece that we ordered? He tossed the piece and yelled, "I'm done with the bullshit! Here here's your total!" Total $38! Again, this man is trying to overcharge us. He claims it's because we requested the metallic thread. When in fact, it was his employee that suggested the thread and we just agreed to it. I have no problem paying whatever the price was but when he's simply making up numbers just to make extra money to redo his face is not right. So after he tried amping it up because he knew he was in the wrong for assuming we stole it when he lost the piece. He called the police on us stating we were trespassing. My how he's so quick to call the police on black people and to assume that we stole something. All while we were simply trying to pay for what we ordered. Please DO NOT do business with him. He better count his days because how can you run a business like this, be in the community and treat customers like this?? I feel bad for his employees. I'd give him and him only a negative Star. He should call the police on himself for trying to scam people. I saw his rebuttal to previous reviews and I can attest for them. They're not lying. We witnessed his behavior and horrible ethics first hand. read more

I was in need of next day monogramming and I drive by this place everyday and decided to give it a try since it said that they're known for same day monogramming. First red flag: I go to the business during the hours listed on their door and on their site. They're closed. I call and they say they'll be back in 15 minutes. I say okay and go about my other errands. I return a couple hours later to walk into an unorganized store. I explain my monograms and where I would like them and the main person working there is scribbling on a tag and looks at me and says "don't worry this won't make sense to you". I tell them that I need them by tomorrow before 2/3 and I'm told to return during those hours. I ask if I need to put a deposit and they said no. This is about 11 am, mind you I had been there when they were supposed to be open when I was there an hour ago. I return the next day to see the same person who wrote my order look at me in confusion and ask what I'm there for. I explain the items since I was never given any type of receipt or copy of his scribbling. My simple letter monograms had not been done. He said he could have them in a time window an hour later. Which wouldn't work because these were aprons for a class that started in that time. Do not go here if you need monograms next day. read more

I don't normally write reviews for businesses when the experience is negative to avoid publicly hurting their work, but the situation with them went so beyond what's acceptable that I want to let other people know so that they can avoid wasting time & money. I went to this shop in late June/early July for several in person conversations about my project, trusting their expertise in the field since I wanted to create some samples (2 hats, 1shirt, and 1 hoodie) for my company, with the understanding that I would place a much bigger order for the holidays to send the products to my work partners and clients once I could see the final results with the initial pieces. I paid upfront and was told that I would get them ready in 2 weeks max. They took double the time and kept making up excuses for their delays (broken machines, short-staffed, etc). I was extremely patient & understanding, and when I finally got to see the samples the quality was embarrassing: the colors were off, the materials were damaged, the logo was barely recognizable. The owner Patrick admitted the huge disappointment with the results and said he would take over production to guarantee perfect samples within another couple of weeks, promising to ship me the samples since i had to travel for a couple of months. This led to 2 months of pointless back & forth (over 60 emails) with his team where absolutely nothing was accomplished. When I started feeling frustrated and that they absolutely had no idea of what they were doing & pointed out that we were now in November (over 4 months of back and forth for 4 simple sample products) so we wouldn't have time to place a bigger order in time for the holidays like discussed, they became really rude (pointing out that they had bigger orders to take care of like mine was absolutely not a priority and the time I wasted not important to them) and ultimately stopped responding, not even guaranteeing a refund or apologizing for the unprofessional behavior. I wish I went straight to someone professional who could actually do the work and guarantee a decent and reasonable timeline. I feel embarrassed at how they handle their business, and very disappointed at how i have been treated as a customer who also paid upfront and invested months of time in their business (still fighting now for a refund). Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED. read more
