Let me start off by saying I saw all the five star reviews on here and that's what drew me to the service company. Chris was very prompt and calling me back and scheduling this technician to arrive and he showed up on time. Here's where we're running the problem, the guy that came out here had absolutely no idea what he was doing. And the reason I say this is because he shot me a quote for almost $600 just send an inspection camera 22 inches down into my laundry room drain. I tell the guy to get out of my house and I'm followed up by a phone call from Chris again telling me that the guy quoted me for the wrong job price. Well, if your guy coming out of here doesn't even know that it doesn't cost $600 to turn an inspection camera on and possibly snake a pipe lead to me to believe he has no idea what the F he's doing. If you've been doing this and you know what jobs cost then he would know that it does not cost that much and he should've stopped before he told me $600. I believe Chris sent a technician out to my house that has no experience in Plumbing He thought it was gonna be an easy job, and the guy is a total failure who needs to quote jobs himself, instead of calling his boss every five minutes I didn't like that either Hell no!!
