We couldn't get in his mouth to do exercises and after taking him here they have gotten him to increase his movement over 80% in just TWO WEEKS!!! They also found his tongue tie was affecting his balance and neck muscles so they work on that too!! You will never regret the love they will give your child. The OWNER even called me after his surgery because she was so worried about him. They should open places like this all over the country. People comment daily on how much better my son can say words and is advancing well beyond other children on the playground. Thank you for everything you have done for my family. You have changed our lives forever.

I can truly tell that she cares so much about what she does. She worked with Henry for his first few visits, and even noticed some other things he needed help with that our doctor didn't notice! She is amazing. When he first started here, he was barely speaking and also had some issues with his muscle tone. He speaks so much now and is so much stronger! All of the therapists here are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. He usually sees Miss Malia and Miss Cass, and he always is so happy to go play with them. They always tell me what they did with them, and what I can do at home with him. I am so glad our doc recommended them. I highly recommend them!

Ridgecrest was the best if the worse. Of course when we went to check out the place they promised the sun, the stars and the moon. Upon transferring my friend there it took them 2 weeks before they even started physical therapy in the mean time the clock is ticking on her benefits. The food was barely palatable. Canned vegetables, over processed meats and delivered cold to boot. Tell me how can you make scrambled eggs taste bad? They managed. Their physical therapist are the only bright and shinning area in this place. Kudos to them. Nursing staff is rude, inconsiderate, lack an ounce of compassion, care or concern. To sum it up, I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

He was frequently called the cutest old man and told he had a great smile from multiple staff. There were wait times for certain treatments, but the staff was busy. The treatment was great, but what impressed me more was how my mom was treated. The job of the staff is to take care of my dad. But they were so incredibly caring towards my mom and family. Big shout out to Alexia. She comforted my mom all the time with words and hugs. When he passed, so many staff went out their way to hug my mom. Not generic "sorry for loss," but with love and tears in their eyes too. They took a horrible time for our family, made it just a little bit easier knowing we could trust them with my precious dad's care.

The only time we can get help is when Jesus is available, otherwise they either ignore us completely, or respond telling us to deal with it, basically. Would not recommend. The initial call I received from Sara at Centerwell to inform me of the in-home services was great!…read moreSara was very thorough and knowledgeable with the information she provided. I received a call from the Nurse (Joyce) to schedule my first appointment. Joyce showed up a little later than scheduled. I did not hear back from Joyce for a second appointment, however another nurse (Janet) contacted me, but I no longer felt I needed to see a nurse during week #2 since I was already seeing my primary doctor. Karla, the in-home OT contacted me in week #2. I saw her once, because we both decided I no longer needed OT. My PT Stasia visited three times. She was very prompt when scheduling appointments, and always showed up minutes before the scheduled time. Stasia is the perfect in-home PT for any patient as she is very knowledgeable and caring. I am grateful for having Stasia for my PT, and I highly recommend if you get the opportunity to use Centerwell Home Health for your in-home services, ask for PT Stasia- you won't regret it. I rated 4/5 mainly because of the awesome service I received from Stasia. Kudos to her, and thank you Centerwell Home Health.
