Unfortunately, I do have a complaint. I had left knee pain, which felt like a torn meniscus. My biggest fear was not being able to travel to my niece's wedding in May. I had torn my right meniscus a year ago, so I knew what it felt like. He suspected it was arthritis until after he gave me a shot, and then noticed pain when he tried to move my knee. He sent me for a MRI. He called me to tell me the results were arthritis. I got a copy of the MRI, and it was torn meniscus. It was listed on the second page of the report, so I assumed maybe he didn't see the second page. He wrote an order for PT for knee pain. I called to ask to talk to him to inquire of any restrictions or limitations with PT exercises as it was a torn meniscus. He never called back. I researched exercises on my own and remembered ones I did last year in PT, and began doing them on my own about a month ago. About 1 week ago, I finally was able to walk my dogs again around the block without pain. I am also happy to say that I am going to my niece's wedding out of state next weekend. I am sorry to give a poor review, and am hoping it was just over site on his part. I assume he is typically a good physician as all other reviews I have read on multiple sites were so good.

BTW...a little industry insight...the salespeople who sell the hardware that is used for these procedures go into the operating room with docs from all over the state. One of those salespeople directed us to this surgeon. Don't know the anesthesiologist's name but he deserve's a shout out as well. He does special nerve blocks that are state of the art. Terrible communication--an uneasy feeling of broken trust. It felt like anything that didn't fit…read morewith his "assembly-line" approach wasn't welcome--he said the head of my femur was broken off, and I needed surgery urgently but then sent me home for almost 2 weeks before admitting me; meantime, I was disabled/in constant pain. I only saw him personally for initial consult, at which he interrupted me and left room while I was asking questions--and then saw him for about 30 seconds while in preop just prior to surgery and again in postop for about 30 seconds immediately after. There was no other contact with him after surgery, although I was hospitalized. He did not appear for first postop office visit either, which they scheduled with his surgical assistant. At that visit, 6 WEEKS AFTER SURGERY, I was told he had found bacteria DURING surgery and they urgently wanted me to see Infectious Disease doctor now. No explanation as to why I wasn't told this at time of surgery, why referral to specialist wasn't made while I was in hospital, or why no mention of it whatsoever was in op report. (Or for that matter, why he did not see me himself to explain.) Furthermore, the antibiotic prescription given to me (finally) at 6 weeks after surgery had completely wrong RX instructions on the label--directions said "Take 4 by capsules by mouth 1 hour before procedure." I had to call office and ask how they actually intended for me to take the antibiotic--at 6 weeks postop. I gave him 2 stars instead of 1 star because I believe, despite all of the above, he did a good technical job on total hip replacement surgery, as I am in less pain and function appears good after PT/OT assistance.

Kicked me off pain meds because "I don't want to get better" I'm…read morepermanently disabled, and this doctor JUST diagnosed me with scoliosis and then didn't even talk about my X-rays, decided to kick me off pain meds instead. Because I no longer have accchs. They are able to bill accchs $677 for every visit, but now that I pay cash they only make $179 per visit. They forgot to send in my drug tests multiple times! I knew I'd report them to the state board and accchs months ago. I've been talking about all the sketchy shit to my mom and disabled friend for months. So I knew I was going to report them from the start. I am apart of the reason the fbi shut down a ton of sober living homes for human trafficking and double billing. I hate when people break the law and don't follow rules! I'm autistic it's hard to ignore. It's very easy to see when an accchs scam is happening and I felt it happening the second he gave me 10mg oxycodone without starting me on 5mg first. And then he kept letting my pee tests expire and not send to lab. Today the doctor says he is cutting me off pain meds because they don't feel comfortable prescribing them long term. I asked them if I broke the pain contract, they said no. I later get an email saying I'm permanently discharged because I broke The pain contract. They kicked me out of their practice because I am self pay. Discrimination. They're also not billing using correct address' and he's practicing in multiple states with multiple address. I talked to my pharmacist right away and told them everything I experienced and they told me YES this doctor is doing illegal shit. 1/26/26 they said I no longer need to do drug tests to receive my meds, that's illegal. My pharmacist is helping me with filing the report to accchs and the state board. Oh yeah he also gave me a 14 day supply of meds but wrote on the bottle it was a 7 day supply of meds. So I felt like he was trying to trick me or something. I'm not a drug addict so I use my meds properly and this little weird shit he did, did not affect me, I never took more than I was supposed to. But prescribing meds wrong on purpose is illegal as well, malpractice. I've been on prescribed controlled substances since I was 8 years old, I am well aware of how it all works. I've been permanently disabled for 12 years also. And then he tried to get me to do as many x rays as possible before my insurance cut off. He found scoliosis and then cancelled me as a patient immediately. Why would someone do that? He wouldn't even discuss my imagining he ordered. He made me pay $179 to get discharged today. So yeah I knew immediately the second he prescribed meds wrong and gave me 10mg oxycodone right away that he was crooked and I WAS FUCKING RIGHT!!!! If you ever feel weird at pain mgmt ask the pharmacist about it. They can definitely reassure you if you experienced something illegal. Other than that, while I was being prescribed oxycodone for a few months, the appointments were fast and scheduled normally. Just nothing the doctor ever did was normal. Letting my pee tests expire multiple times, writing wrong medication information. Accchs would only allow a 7 day RX and he gave me 14 days and put 7 days on the bottle, so that's called LYING. Lying about how much you're prescribing. All I see is red flags at this place.

They masked the fact that his infection was spreading. He was rushed back to the hospital with the infection spread to his bloodstream and his kidneys were failing. He is now in the ICU from the lack of care at Wellsprings. We as his advocates called and spoke to numerous people trying to get their help. They were horrible. Do not send your love ones here.
