I had been taking my dog there for years. I had an appointment a couple of weeks ago. They'd even texted to confirm the appointment. I showed up, waited 30 minutes and no one opened the shop. Others were waiting as well. I left a message on the machine and didn't get a call back. I just called the vet that is attached to the business and was informed that they are permanently closed. Admittedly, after the last couple of times I told my husband that the new groomers were kind of sketchy. They used to have such a great staff. Sad to see the place go. read more

First appointment that I made Sept 11 at 1pm, got message on Sept 11 saying groomer called out sick, ok that fine I understand. So I called again to reschedule another appointment for Sept 21 at 11am. Friday Sept 20 Christina called me if I would like to bring my dog at 9am instead at 11am, so I agree to bring him in at 9am. This is a very hard review. The squad 5/5 My inItial booking. Follow up calls. Groomer expectations and final close out. They were all very awesome. The place. 4/5 In a cozy nook. Located in what felt industrial like. The place was clean and seemed well managed. Not even a dog scent Execution. 5/5 Luna looked perfect and the groomer was great. Not only was the cut great but the groomer did even notify me of a foxtail like weed in between one toe. I always check her after a walk and look to see if she limp and needs to be more deeply cleaneand ensure she's ok. The groomer clearly did and paid attention to her So what's with only 3 stars. They quoted 3-5 hours which doesn't seem right. I lived in the Bay Area and they always quote 1.5-2.5 for the same work. It ended up taking six hours. How does it take six hours? My guess is poor time management or a push to take as many dogs as possible. I don't feel comfortable leaving my dog for thst long. She was shaking upon drop off. Her first time here. I called and after five hours they barely were about to start?! So what was she doing for five ? Locked in a cage. There is no information on the time difference. Do they take the dogs out to pee ? I don't think so. Outside are numerous signs of. Do not let dogs pee here. This actually ruined all my Friday plans. And dinner plans and it makes you wonder what the heck is going on. A 90 minute cut took over a drop off of six hours. Even when groomers backed up they would call and update me and at least give me an exact time delivery within an hour. I'm not sure why but the owner or management needs to fix this. If a groom takes 90 minutes. No dog should be locked up for five hours scared as heck. I am mixed because the entire presentation seems ok. And the groomer was nice and did an amazing job. I would have no problem if I dropped her off at six and got her out at 830. Hire a program manager and figure out your crap. This could easily be a five star location with the staff you have. Update. Came back a second time and this time it was kept under four hours as quoted. Asked for an express but they said you have to request that when booking. Which is fine. Luna came out happy and looked great. We had family over and they all said she looked amazing and like a new dog post groom. Great job guys read more

Never had any issues except for the past two appointments. I've made 8am appointments with the groomer both times. The first time, she was about 15 minutes late. Today, I left after 30 minutes when nobody showed up. They do not answer their phones and it's very hard to get ahold of anybody. read more

They are always friendly when I can get in. It's very hard to get anyone on the phone. It's funny, it seems like no one ever answers the phone but every time I'm there to pick my dog up they take a call and I stuck waiting longer to get her. So I guess it does happen. Usually I have to leave a message and wait DAYS to get a call back. DO NOT accept an appointment at 9am. I'm sitting out in front of the building now at 9:20. This is the second time I've been offered an appointment at 9am, the time they supposedly open and no one is here. I'm just waiting for someone to open the door. I did call but as you probably guessed...no one answered. They do well when I finally get in the door and the staff is friendly when they are there but I would say, unreliable. read more

Oooh boy!!! Where do I start? Well, I'll start with Jamie the amazing and most friendly receptionist. She was so kind to me when I called for the first time to make an appointment. I then showed up around 15 mins late and she did not shamed me at all nor did she make me feel bad about, she rather worked with me in a very graciously way. Thank you Jamie, as it is VERY difficult nowadays to get a great customer service experience. I am officially in love Maximo's new groomer, Sasha. She did an AMAZING job with Maximo and I could tell that she was nice to him because he was not in hurry to leave the salon and he did not seemed scared either. Thank you Sasha for making my son feel so comfortable. After my last 2 experiences with two different places, I was super scared of leaving Maximo alone again and now I feel totally comfortable leaving him in your hands or any of the other groomer hands for that matter. I am forever grateful for thinking about what is best for Maximo and not what would make you look better. Ultimately, you did a great.hob on him. Thank you ladies for restoring my faith in groomers. Called yesterday to get info and pricing was quoted and scheduled for the following morning. We arrived early before they opened staff arrived and we were greeted and checked us in. The staff is friend and show they care about your fur baby. We checked in and they took our fur baby back for her bath and nail clipping. One groomer price gouges clients, the receptionist is unprofessional recording herself on Facebook videos live reading off private client information as well as picking a fight with a homeless in the parking lot and coming in screaming profanities with clientele in the lobby. Unprofessional money hungry business that cares more for the dollar over the experience for the client. They use to have good people who worked there but they've all either quit or been fired. I do NOT recommend taking your furrbabies to this establishment if you really truly love them! read more

Thank you yelp for once again guiding me in the right direction! I had been taking my Lhasa Apso to a groomer on the westside and they'd been doing a sub-par job with lackluster service. It was time for a change. While the signage is confusing this place isn't hard to find as as long as you know it is next to the emergency vet. The groomer lady who took in Wickett was very nice and thorough in learning about what I hoped for the pup to look like. Three hours later I got a call and I cannot tell you how happy I was to see my perfectly groomed dog, and how happy Wickett was! I got a glowing report from the groomer; normally my dog is a little grouchy so to hear she was pleasant surprise as surprising. It cost $55 for her to get bathed, buzzed, and clipped. We will DEFINITELY be back! read more

Really good place to take your pets for grooming friendly staff, we took our dog she was really happy and she looked great.

This is the new place I love to bring my dogs for a good grooming. I have brought them here about five times now and they never disappoint. I have an 11year old golden lab and a 1year old golden retriever. Both shed ALOT! I get the extra deshedding package in order to get all the extra fluff out. The girls who groom the dogs are very pleasant and accommodating and know me and my dogs by name. There are usually only one or two girls working at a time so it can be hard to get service at the front desk or to get someone on the phone. If you leave a message they will get back to you promptly. I would schedule one week in advance to be sure you get a time that works for you. They do a through job, and like I said before they don't have that many workers so expect a long grooming session. For both my dogs it's usually about 5 hours. $40 dollars each for grooming, nail clipping. They are located right next to the ER vet and sometimes if you can't find anyone inside the grooming office, just go next door and tell them you are looking to talk with the groomers and they will send them back over. I'm so glad I found this place. It's conveniently located off the freeway on ave M, one block up from Costco. read more

The quality of this place has gone down. I've been taking my dogs here for a while and they always come out great! My last trip with them was awful, my dog came back with a matted ear, I asked for his face to be cut and they left his hair long. They suck at answering the phone. I even took my cat and I've taken her there before but the groomer for the cats is no longer the same one. My cat came back and her hair felt all waxy not at all soft like the previous times I've taken her! The new staff were nice but the quality of work has gone down. read more
