Kari was amazing!! I was looking for someone to groom my dog as soon as possible, as our regular groomer is having some personal, unforeseen medical issues. When I initially messaged Kari, she was out of town, and does not typically groom on weekends. I explained to her I work at a school and sometimes it's difficult for me to take days off during the week. I also live far out in the Mojave area. I let her know I could drive my dog to her mobile grooming van. Kari reached out to me a few days later & said she was available to fully groom my dog. So today, (Sunday) Chewie was groomed; he looks amazing! He has a bit of anxiety. Kari made him feel so comfortable, & relaxed. I was so grateful. I did however pay a little more than I normally would, but I was fine with that, as she operates a mobile grooming service. Kari is awesome! I reached out via Yelp, she got back to me super quick. We have a female Rottweiler who HATES the car but she needed her nails trimmed. We usually go to the vet but it stresses her out way too much. Kari came the next day. She was in touch with us the whole day including sending us a text that she would be arriving in 10 mins. I thought that was awesome. She was prompt and fully equipped to take care of our giant chicken of a dog. She had her nails trimmed and even filed them with the Dremel so there were no sharp edges.
