Booking was easy, and the whole place has that friendly, local vibe where you can tell they actually care about the animals. The staff was super patient and took the time to understand what I wanted for my dog instead of rushing through everything. What stood out most was how calm my dog was after the appointment. Usually grooming stresses him out, but here he seemed comfortable the whole time. They clearly handle pets with a lot of care and attention. The grooming itself turned out great--clean, neat, and exactly what I asked for. I also like that they offer little extras, so it feels more like a full pampering experience rather than just a basic wash. Overall, a really positive experience.

Hands down the girls at this place from the owner to the groomers, 100000000000% amazing. I called and the owner immediately just listened to me and accommodated everything I needed. As soon as I got there the girls knew exactly about the situation. They all had amazing communication and booked me with the same groomer from last time. Which also she did an amazing job on too!!! Ugh I just can't stress how great this place and these girls are. Oh also the best part, I asked if they can save some of cocos hair so that I can as it as stuffing for a teddy bear or something and they not only saved it but also gave me a cute hand made Polaroid!
