I came here to get a new battery for my car. I asked the employee behind the counter, Brittany, if…read morethey were able to replace the battery if I bought one, and she told me they were. She showed me the breakdown of suggested batteries, other batteries available, and batteries that could be ordered, briefly explained the differences to me, and then made her suggestion. Despite having a printout from AAA showing I needed a new battery, she went and tested the battery herself to confirm that she wasn't selling me anything I didn't need. She then replaced the battery, explaining to me the basics of how to do so myself in a way that wasn't at all condescending, then tested again to make sure the new battery was scanning correctly. The service was excellent and quick, and Brittany was very friendly.

So we pulled into autozone in Carbondale and thank you Jesus we did. These guys and gal there were awesome. They went above and beyond duty getting us up and running. Our vehicle had never been in cold weather like snow or freezing temperatures. Turns out all we needed was a battery and reset.
