Weeks was obviously closed on Sunday evening but a sales manager happened to be in the lot when we pulled in and pointed us to a spot we could drop the RV for the night and confirmed the service department would be in at 8am. Without an appointment, I feared I would wait hours or maybe days to get into the shop. Quite the opposite; Service rep, Randy immediately looked at the situation and started working to find a solution to get us back on the road.
